Thanks.
Now for my part:
Uses:
This is a really useful technique and I think I would use it the most of all paw techniques.I would use it probably for defense the most as it can send the opponents techniques back at him,so I can defend and attack in the same time.I would also repel a few objects into the air at the beginning and have them stored,so I could bring them back for defense when they are most needed. Also this can be used much like the hurricane fist technique to quickly avoid an attack. Finally this could be used in close range so when I hit my opponent,he is pushed away.I also see this being useful against techniques that fall from above like the dropping lid.

Pro's
It is a very versatile technique and has a variety of different uses,as stated above, everything it can do is a pro.It is also quick to perform and it has an unlimited number of uses.It also moves objects at great speed which is good.As it is connected with your paws, you can send it in any direction you choose. The object can remain in the air for as long as we want too.

Con's
Well actually the biggest con is the pretty low rank of the technique meaning it has a very limited array of techniques it can defend against. Also I don't know if this can send air bullets towards the opponent, for a basic ranged attack. Also it can be manifested only from ones hands.

Mind you I noticed you said you will store few object in the air, however this is not the case.

When you push something out of sight, you can not add another thing until you bring the previous back down. Understood?

And you can actually push the air inform of air bullets too. Correct but they are B-rank tops.
One more thing, you should remember if you are to use this like hurrican fist then your paws should be close to the ground if not touching it.

Any questions?

Okay! now

Paw arts: Slapping thrust pressure cannon (Nykyujutsu: Tsuppari Pad Hō)
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: Bartholomew clan members first
plant both their feet firmly on the ground by
means of a sumo-style foot stomp. Then,
throwing their palms forward multiple times,
they fire a vast number of "pressure shots" at the enemy. The way they push their palms
forward and the stance they take while
performing this technique resemble those used commonly in sumo wrestling. Tsuppari is a thrusting open-handed strike about the upper chest and face, a technique in Sumo.
~3 times per battle
~no paw arts 2 turns after usage
~The pressure shots move extremely fast, only sharingan of 3 tomo can predict them or any other sensoring ability.
~Because The stance is sumo-style one must remain completely still to preform this
technique. Leaving him/her open to attack.
~only three tomo sharingan can predict and
avoid the pressure shots.

This needs you to use your whole body and limbs as a pivot and balance. You balance yourself plant both your feet firmly on the ground making a stance similar to that of sumo style. Then pressurized air would be shot from both paws while jabbing at the air infront. The air is extremely fast that only sharingan 3 tomoe can react to it though byakugan and sensors can see it.
The pressurized air would punch hole into things and like unnoticeable before the damage is done.

Now I want you to perform this correctly using 2 different scenerios and tell me how you think the damage would look like.
has it any pro or con?
have you any other way of using it creatively?
Can you defend from it?

You didn't answer D:
Performing
I put both my feet firmly onto the ground and take a solid sumo stance with my knees slightly bent.As I assume the stance,I gather my chakra in my body and once I'm done with that,I channel the previously gathered chakra towards both my paws.Once I have channeled the chakra,I begin striking the air in front of me with an open palm and as I do I release many pressure bullets towards my opponent, the bullets have the shape of a paw.Once they hit the target they push it away and leave a deep paw shaped imprint on it.

Pro's & Con's
One of the main advantages is the enormous speed of the bullets that they can be hardly tracked. Also it is a pretty quick to perform technique, not requiring any hand seals or what not, just the stance,it also deals heavy damage and strikes the opponent multiple times. However the disadvantage would be that, you can't move while you are shooting the bullets, meaning, also that they would only go in front of you, more or less,I mean you can move the spread of fire a bit with your palms but you can't turn around or so.Also a problem is that it is just mid ranged.Because of the stance I see a limited number of scenarios in which this can be used.

Defense
With this I have a problem, here comes my questions. How does one who doesn't have a 3 tomoe sharingan or eight inner gates training or something else to boost his reaction speed significantly, defends against this?If he can't react to it.Now,also sensors and byakugan users can see it or sense it but how do they defend against it,sensory doesn't give you any bettered reaction speed or something like that, can you clear this up please,I can answer after that?

First off, for the one that I missed. It will propel you one range level. If you in mid-range before, you will move in one level which is long range. If you in short range then you go to mid.

first of, you can see it with normal eyes as a translucent bubble but for the reaction part,

Byakugan = 3 tomoe sharingan interm of tracking speed so Byakugan user can react to it.
There are many ways you can react to a tight situation.
-substituion tech, preferably water replacement.
-Automated defences like gaara's sand or very fast defences(needs no handseal and extremely fast
-Space time technique

also sensor who already sensed you when you begin the prep for the jutsu could also prepare their own evasion method.

The sumo stance is just so I don't loose balance while firing the pressure shots,so if I am bound by something or pushed against the wall,or have my feet firmly put against some object so I don't get pushed backwards and fall.

Now Lastly for this level,,

Paw Paw Arts: Impact Dial (Nykyu Nykyu no Mi: Inpakuto Daiaru)
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: Varies Description: The user takes advantage of their paws and, upon physical contact, any impact is absorbed instantaneously. This is seen by the clan members as an invert push. The impact is
stored on the paw until the user is able to
catch his opponent off guard, striking them with the full power of the absorbed technique.
*The user can simultaneously preform a Paw Paw technique to add damage*
*Can only absorb techniques one rank above
maximum, higher than that, the paw will take half of the damage, and will be useless for 2 turns*
*Can only be used once every 2 turns*
*The absorbed attack will loose the impact,
which is to say all the momentum. Energy
attacks (such as Fire or Lightning) will behave
the same way, but will only be harmless to the
user if it's a technique of the same rank, following the above mentioned drawback for S
rank, while Forbidden techniques aren't affected at all*
*Can use it only 3 times per battle for S ranks
or 4 for A*

This works in two ways and requires you to use you chakra twice. Half to absorb an attack while the other half to release it. A member will use his paw against an incoming attack specifically one with force/effort behind it, making contact and momentarily the push power of the paw is made to work invertedly absorbing and storing the force then the force can now be released ina burst at close proximity into a target.
Can be used on technique upto S-rank and now this neglects the paws weakness to an extent making it be useable on intangible elements up to A-rank. However the paw would take half of the damage if it is used to absorb F-rank tangible and S-rank intangible elemental force.

Now I want you to try this carefully and perfectly.
"My clone sends an S-rank earth dragon towards you"

What are the other ways you can utilize this?
Any drawbacks?

Questions:
-What happens to the dragon? It loses the attacking power with it's momentum but does it disappear or something like that?
-Can we absorb multiple attacks without releasing the energy we absorbed?
-Does 1)absorbing and 2)releasing the energy count as two jutsus or one?
-Does the damage it causes vary from the strength behind the absorbed technique?
-Can it absorb 4 A ranks and 3 S ranks or just 4 A ranks or 3 S ranks?
-How many E/D/C/B ranks can it absorb, unlimited?
-Do I let the dragon touch my hands?

Performing
As your clones stone dragon comes towards me,I put both my hands with paws in front of me while I focus chakra into them.I wait as the stone dragon is incoming and once it arrives I through my paws absorb all the momentum behind the technique, making it more or less, harmless.

More ways to use the technique
Nothing comes to my mind.

Disadvantages:
Well except the usage restrictions, the released blast is short ranged which is bad.

-It won't disappear, it looses its force and stops.
-Yea but the energy would not stack up. You can only release the enerdy of the last one you absorb
-Absorbing and releasing count as one
-yep
-4 A-ranks or 3 S-ranks
-other ranks below A-rank have the same number of usage as A-ranks
-yea, they will touch your paw.

i want you to perform thins tech again but now concurrently with another paw art that you have learnt.

And what happens to intangible elements when they loose force?

Ok,lets say,the opponent has sent a large stone towards me.

Upon noticing a large rock is coming towards me,I put both my hands with paws in front of me while I focus chakra into them.I wait as the stone is incoming and once it arrives,I through my paws absorb all the momentum behind the technique, making it more or less, harmless.I don't stop there and I channel more chakra to my paws, once done I release the previously channeled chakra from my paws towards the boulder and thus I repel it far away, after that I summon the boulder back and direct it towards the opponent.

It its a focused intangible element then this technique is useful and when you stop the procession force of an intangible element, because they are fueled by the opponent's chakra, they are scrambled and loose form and its always advisable to release the force so that you repel the latter away in the case of fire and lightning so that it won't affect you as they become unfocused and spread.

Not advisable to use on unfocused intangible elements as your other body part are exposed.

Very good against stronger chakra enhance taijutsu/kenjutsu attack. Imagine using your palm simply to stop an incoming deadly kick of an EIG user and then he becomes toast when you release the force back at him.

Now use it in conjuction with Slapping thrust pressure cannon. And do the damage maths.

nope. Since you absorb a force, if you use any paw art at that moment before releasing the force, the damage of the absorbed force will add to the paw technique.

Example.
You use impacto daiaru to absorb an s-rank force with 80 damage but you did not release the force yet and use a paw art with 60 damage, then the total damage is 80+60

Oh,I see, didn't know that,it's a good thing though.Does the same happen if I absorb S rank lightning and then send a pressure bullet at him by using the most basic paw technique?

*The opponent sends a B rank focused lightning bolt at me.*
Upon noticing a blot of lightning coming towards me,I put both my hands with paws in front of me while I focus chakra into them.I wait as the lightning bolt is incoming and once it arrives,I through my paws absorb all the force behind the technique,as it looses it's power, the lightning bolt is dispersed.I then take sumo like stance while channeling more chakra into my paws,I then begin striking the air while releasing the previously channeled chakra from my paws in the form of paw shaped pressure bullets in conjunction with the absorbed force of the opponents technique, making it stronger and more devastating.
B rank absorbed force-40+A rank paw technique-60=100 damage.
