Part 2 Jutsu and Hand signs

Am I missing something here, or does everybody shown in the manga just not do hand signs anymore? I haven't seen like anyone use any, which is ridiculous.

These power ups for everybody, even with the fodder doing Ninjutsu without hand signs and just everything else is so absurd. What ever happened to hand seals? Everything shown now is just flashy jutsu that doesn't take any hand seals for. Whatever happened to tactical ways to fight? You know, when it wasn't all about flashy jutsu and more about smart plans and strategies.

Eh, I guess flashy jutsu sells more, it's Kishi's manga...

You still see hand signs but they are all placed in one panel with the hands in a blurry motion scheme. A lot of times the hand signs aren't seen though.

They are somewhat present. At least in the cases of Shikamaru and Ino. And Naruto's shadow clones.

So if the hand signs aren't even seen sometimes, then how do we know if the user is so killed they don't need hand signs? bc that's High Kage level imo
