It was actually inner Sakura's killing intent that paralyzed those ninja, inner Sakura represented Sakura's true ability. The ability she kept repressed because she loved Sasuke so much that she didn't want him to feel inferior to her, that hurts me as a Sasuke fan to say but it's true. Did you guys notice how inner Sakura magically disappeared when Sasuke left the village? And did you also notice how Sakura's abilities drastically improved after this? I rest my case. One of which is if the person is so biased that they won't even be able to objectively evaluate your argument and acknowledge the possibility that they may be wrong. Based on what I've seen femme is only interested in promoting her biased perspective regarding both sakura and tsunade. People have attempted to present her with evidence to the contrary before and she continues to ignore any previous evidence that would impede on her fangirl mindset. So why bother?? According to the databook she had Tsunades level of chakra control, to begin with.
Which was obvious, when she preformed her first ninjitsu. And when Tsunade and Shikamaru talked about medical ninjas.


So with her intellect and chakra control. Sakura should have been much more power....even more so with he knack for genjutsu.
So I came up with the reasoning that she would have been too powerful, and she couldn't have an Uchiha, jink, and the leaf most skilled ninja look weak. That and kakshi was obviously threaten that she would surpass him as a Genin...if he taught her one genjutsu.

But she should have cannonly soloed the sound nin in the forest of death.
