Part 1 sakura was nerfed

According to the databook she had Tsunades level of chakra control, to begin with.
Which was obvious, when she preformed her first ninjitsu. And when Tsunade and Shikamaru talked about medical ninjas.

DB repeats that Sakura caught up to Naruto and Sasuke (in the moment that Sakura states such in the manga). It's something along the lines, Sakura is a special case her level was hidden. However while Naruto and Sasuke were always running ahead of her she finally caught up to them.

Pushing forward through rigorous training. Eventually she blossomed or insert other flower nonsense to stand for becoming great here. She polished/improved/refines her strong arm and medical ninjutsu.

Sakura had the same chakra control and talent as Tsunade, and before long it blossomed. (So I guess her chakra control is >= to Tsunade's now lol).
Sakura's talent allowed her to inherit Tsunade's Kinjutsu (Byakugo, i'm assuming).

So with her intellect and chakra control. Sakura should have been much more power....even more so with he knack for genjutsu.
So I came up with the reasoning that she would have been too powerful, and she couldn't have an Uchiha, jink, and the leaf most skilled ninja look weak. That and kakshi was obviously threaten that she would surpass him as a Genin...if he taught her one genjutsu.

But she should have cannonly soloed the sound nin in the forest of death.
She knew the chakra enhancing jutsu

I completely agree with you except the part about her being stronger than Kakashi as a genin, as a jonin yes she has the potential to be stronger than a no shraingan Kakashi.

Her chakra control even astounded Kakashi when they were doing the tree climbing training, she picked it up so fast.

If she would have learned Genjutsu instead of medical nin she would have been very strong, but we didn't get to see a strong Sakura cause she let her emotions get the best of her.
