Part 1 Naruto is Kage level?

Hey guys


I'm here with a little (probably leaky) theory based on Part 1 since I rewatched Naruto.

As seen Naruto defeated Gaara/Shukaku on his own (summonings), while the fourth Kazekage could only oppose Shukaku just because he was fighting in a sand surface and the village was helping him. This proofs that Naruto = 4th Kazekage or is slightly stronger/weaker, this makes him Kage level.

I might be wrong, I have no problem with being proven wrong.

Shukaku was not at full power just because he was in full size. When the fourth kazekage fought the Ichibi, Gaara wasn't vulnerably residing at the top of it's head creating a weakness.

I thought naruto only made shukaku disappear by waking up gaara....
4th kazekage might have subdued a wild shukaku which couldn't be dispelled in such a way

I disagree. There is more to being kage-level than raw power. Besides, this is kinda A > B > C Logic.

Part I Naruto couldn't be Kage level, that is impossible. Even at the beginning of Part II he wasn't Kage level.
However, I respect your opinion.

Edit: One does not simply gain Kage title. You need more than power + Naruto was far from powerful in Part I.

He fell before Naruto fell, and Naruto was still moving while Gaara couldn't move. That's enough to win I guess.

Nope. The 4th successfully sealed Shukaku so that means he won against it.

Naruto wasn't even fighting Shukaku, Gambunta was

Nahh, don't think he was Kage-Level. Maybe Jonin-Level, but not Kage-Level at all. Gaara was just wake up after the punch, not more not less.
