Kabuto mentioned that it would be troublesome if you were to die now so i wont aim for her neck. Plus tsnuade stated her self that kabuto mit have surpassed her even in her prime.

Lol, at the people who are using Naruto's Rasengan hitting Kabuto as an argument. That would have killed a normal ninja. Kabuto was back up and using Jutsu in a matter of minutes. Whether it was Naruto's first doesn't matter.

Kakashi was stated to be on close enough level to Kisame(someone who went on to show he can go toe to toe with the 8 tails, and win) to cause a real issue(Itachi stated that), and that's on top of Kabuto running away when he came in to contact with Kakashi. Kabuto's technique is that of a true ninja - he knows the human body and effectively attacks its weak points and doesn't beat around the bush, unless he wants to - however he is a close combat type of fighting and his advantage is in the opponent not having a real grasp on his capabilities (which kakashi does) -- think kakashi gonna come near a guy he knows can sever a heart muscle just like that?

kabuto is smart and often makes his opponents drop their guard and create an opening - kakashi is smart enough and respects kabuto enough to not make that mistake - he will most likely not only use long range attacks but as per his standard way of fighting, use a clone to feel him out.

Kabuto at close range is lethal, if he can touch you he can do serious damage -- kakashi knows this (as does most of konoha by now). Truth is only reason kabuto had hold his own with tsunade is that she didn't know his abilities and grossly underestimated him (at first) - plus was paralyzed by her fear of blood. If she fought him with that knowledge before hand (which by the way kabuto had on her from oro) he'd be toast. Still think he's a cool villain.

Kabuto, he could paralyze Kakashi. Kabuto was able to take out multiple Anbu Black Ops. He even said that he would only have trouble against ten of them. Kabuto has tons of medical knowledge and he's very smart.

Which is contradicted by the fact that earlier Kakashi was overly confident in capturing him, by the fact that Itachi claimed Kakashi was close to if not on Kisame's(and I'm not sure anyone would ever argue part 1 Kabuto > Kisame) level, and again contradicted by him running away from Kakashi after the 3rd/Orochimaru fight. Kabuto wants no part of Kakashi, and for good reason.

Kakashi is either completely underrated or completely overrated on this forum. The cases of people overrating him(by putting him on Itachi/Madara type of level), and then there's cases like this, where you don't think he could take out Kabuto.

Well if that was the complete case Tsunade Taijutsu & Strength is 5 much greater the kakashi. Tsunade Vs Kabuto was mainly based on Taijutsu & Strength much higher the kabuto abilities but was still had the advantage over tsunade even before the sight of blood.

First Kabuto can heal himself from what ever kakashi does hit him with it's called Yin Healing Wound Destruction Jutsu that's how he healed himself from the rasengan the body begin regenerating destroyed cells as so as the body takes damage just like when sasuke tour threw naruto body with chidori at the valley of end when naruto used a very similar techinque to heal himself using the kyuubi chakra

For speed 3.5 is slow? If you estimate 2.5 would be standard for a average ninja on a test that would be some were around 75% out of 100. Kabuto has out smarted many people with his body flicker if what not.He caught two people using that body flicker technique and one of there speed shinuze is 4 in the data book
