How can he not use the Substitution jutsu or Feather Illusion Jutsu? You don't need to see to use those. Anyway, with Kabuto amazing regeneration ability that never stops working he won't be an easy opponent.

Kabuto is a highly talented Medical Ninja, You are not going to beat him with medical ninjutsu, he's studied pretty much all of them. The only one as good or slightly better than him is Tsunade. Or at least in the timeline the OP gave.

Kakashi lol. Maybe not too easily since Kabuto's medical skills are not to be taken lightly, but Kabuto is short range fighter. If Kakashi just kept his distance and used ninjutsu against him, he could end it.

I dont think Kabuto is a ninja that makes a lot of damage, altought thats not the only thing needed to win a battle. Anyway, Kakashi would win, he has Mangekyu Sharingan

Even in close combat Kakashi would win due to his Sharingan movement prediction, and Kabuto is not known for being very fast like Kakashi.

he held his own aghainst tsunade because his level of skill in medical ninjutsu was better than hers at the same age (in her youth) and her hemophobia
kakashi would have won him because he has too many techniques that kabuto can't defend and he couldn't recover from even with his regeneration jutsu

Kakashi doesn't have that much Chakra he would be wasting chakra after any one of those Jutsus. All the Jutsu's you listed require ample amount of chakra. The sharingan will only drain his chakra faster. It's not like he can use jutsu after jutsu. Whereas Kabuto is constantly regenerating.

You guys most be crazy if you think Kakashi would have beaten Kabuto, even tsnuade stated that Kabuto was on her level or even better then her in her prime.
Jiraiya himself claimed that kabuto was on the same level as Kakashi
I'd really have to go with Kabuto the man took on and was putting the beat on Tsunade,Shizune, & Naruto and was still fightning after taking a rasengan and was still able to summon 3 Giant snakes including Manda.

Exactly. Tsunade also said he had great senses. That's one way he could get through the Hidden mist Jutsu.

Yeah I know Kakashi doesn't have large amounts of chakra, but he wouldn't need to use many jutsus to land a deadly hit on Kabuto. And Kabuto can't regenerate time after time either.. He was only able to save himself from Naruto's Rasengan because he knew what to expect and where to expect it. If Kakashi landed an unexpected hit on a vital spot, I doubt he'd be able to safe himself from dying.
