I never really bought that kabuto was on the same level as kakashi

so who wins?

Kabuto before absorbing Orochimaru vs Kakashi

Kabuto, he could paralyze Kakashi. Kabuto was able to take out multiple Anbu Black Ops. He even said that he would only have trouble against ten of them. Kabuto has tons of medical knowledge and he's very smart.

kakashi, i mean same naruto always had trouble with kakashi, couldnt take a bell, but that same naruto hit kabuto with a rasengan... Ps: the rasengan he hit kabuto with was his first perfect rasengan.

He back up in a few minute and was able to summon Manda.

Subtitution Jutsu, Dead soul Jutsu, Feather Illusion Jutsu, and Medical Ninjutsu. He know where his own Vital spots are as well as everybody else. He He even knows the Summoning Jutsu. He probably can figure a way to get out of the Hidden Mist, he was trained under Lord Orochimaru and probably know weaknesses to all sorts of jutsus.
