IMO neji got this he just has to rotate when he sees kabutos chakra in his hand and he has air palm while kabuto has no ranged attack and his hakke rokujuyon sho is K.O if he manages to perform it.

Kabuto wins. His regenerative health and chakra will counter the chakra point thing. If not then he would still find a way around it. Kabuto has been Jonin level longer than Neji has and has much more experience.
neji because he has the better taijutu and would close kabuki's chakra points for once neji actually has the better long distance as well. byakugan would keep him unsurprised. neji wins pretty easy even part one because kabuto's not breaking through rotation and uup close he's finished

Taijutsu
While he states to having lesser skill in taijutsu, Kabuto has shown proficient enough to hold his own against Tsunade, a skilled taijutsu fighter known for her devastating strikes, after tiring her out. His main style of taijutsu is to use the Chakra Scalpel, which allows him to form his chakra into a blade and hit his target's muscles, pressure points, and other key points of their body. During his battle with Tsunade, she remarks that Kabuto's senses and sharpness may have surpassed hers in her prime. First, he will quickly assess his opponent's strength and battle style to comprehend their movements, thereby allowing him to easily predict and dodge their attacks. He then uses his medical ninjutsu to systematically take down his opponent in order to disable and subdue them.
Despite his age, Kabuto has demonstrated tremendous skill and ingenuity in medical ninjutsu. With his extensive knowledge of medical ninjutsu and of the human body, Kabuto can quickly adjust to any damage done to his body and severely injure a person with a single chakra-infused strike to the chest. He has also developed the unique ability to be able to reactivate dead cells and grow new ones.
He also often uses scalpels as throwing weapons instead of kunai.
Kabuto's medical ninjutsu has also led him to develop a series of drugs which he uses with great effect. For Sasuke, he gave drugs which aided in his training process. As shown with Manda II, he is also capable of genetically altering organisms making them bigger, stronger than the original.
thanks for sharing but u just pissed me off because i read 2 paragraphs expecting something that mattered. kabuto is an unclose fighter..no up close fighter is beating neji especially kabuto who depends on chakra

I say Neji will win this most likely. There is no real counter for jyuuken except for keeping the hits from connecting and closed chakra points cannot be 'healed' like other bodily organs. Kabuto's taijutsu is average level and will make it difficult for him to avoid neji's attacks as well.

You must have skipped through it. Kabuto is able to adapt to almost any situation. He may lose some chakra points but that won't matter, he is way too advanced for techniques like that. Neji isn't going to beat him.
u dnt get it he can't use any ninjutsu after his chakra pts are closed, smart or not, he has no genjutstu, and up close its a wrap, naruto had fox chakra thats why he won if not for jiraiya unlocking it he would have lost

pre-timeskip Kabuto is a close-range fighter. Every attack
(bar genjutsu) that he has ever done pre-timeskip has been either a close-range weapon, taijutsu, or chakra scalpel.

Kabuto is never empty handed, He is highly skilled with all sorts of pills, be it Chakra pills or whatever. He finds way to get around obstacles. "Kabuto's medical ninjutsu has also led him to develop a series of drugs which he uses with great effect."

Taking away pills is like taking Akamaru from Kiba. Pills are tools as well. But fine If you're taking pills away then Yes Kabuto would be in trouble but he would still be able to win with extreme difficulty.
Without restrictions Kabuto would win for sure, whether it's part one Kabuto or not.

its not that big of a difference. He has only shown to use a soldier pill to give him some more stamina, and a blood pill to replace all the blood he lost. Neji doesn't inflict external damage, so blood-loss won't be a problem, and I don't see why stamina would be an issue against a fighter like neji.
