lol, Kabuto easily, he was on the level of Kakashi, i don´t really see Neji on the level of Kakashi Part 1, so i go with Kabuto

Neji wins with medium difficulty.

Orochimaru didn't know what Neji was capable during the Sasuke Retrieval Arc, as implied by Kidomaru, ergo, Kabuto won't know of such specifications relating to Jyuuken. His offense are too large and unaccurate to discover the blindspot.

Kabuto's chakra scalpels aimed at the ankles would be a perfect match for Neji, however, that involves entering close-quarters Neji excels at. Figthing a Jyuuken practitioner in those quarters is folly, unless special circumstances are had.

Kabuto has a possibility; the longer Neji waits to cut off Kabuto's chakra, the more opportunities Kabuto has to incapacitate Neji with chakra scalpels, but Kaiten springs to mind. Neji's faster, has more chakra, and better Taijutsu. Neji would take Kabuto within close-quartes, and Kabuto has nothing to offer outside of it, though Kabuto isn't one to wear his heart on his sleeve as far as impulsiveness is concerned.​

@everyone who says kabuto = kakashi > neji,

part 1 kakashi <<<<<<< part 2 kakashi. Part 1 didn't even have kamui. Part 1 could only use 4 raikiris in one day. Part 2 kakashi can use 3 raikiris, raikiri wolf, raikiri clone, mud wall and still have half his chakra left.

Well back to my point,the Jyuuken is outright unanticipated,rendering Kabuto no other options.Remind me if any in Kabuto's arsenal that would pose a threat for Neji.​
