lee tried to use gates but couldnt because he needed to land primary lotus.
Kimmi wins!
I know all the characters like no one. Kiimi cannot be killed by anything they do.
Gaara is the only hope, and even then kimmi comes out on top.
If kiimi can outlast the numbers then he wins. but if they come up with a plan instead of rushing, they win.

Kimimmaro isn't winning this. Gaara has Bijuu level chakra, this is the first and most important reason why Kimimaro can't win the battle. Gaara can continue fighting even after Kimimaro tires out.
Oh, I'm sure you could that's why you did. Not like it's in the manga. What's that? Neji dies and you're mad? Oh, ok.
The major flaw in this post is that gaara did fight kimi, and gaara did have his bijuu level chakra, but he got tired before kimi... That's actually manga fact, so i don't know how you got kimi would tire first, especially after fighting 3 people and...
wait for it...
doing it through sheer willpower because he wasn't even supposed to be able to move through his sickness.

I'm going to have to lean in the direction of Kimimaro.
Gaara could keep up with Kimimaro if it wasn't for the fact that he now has to protect his allies from fast flying and hazardous attacks. Such as his Drilling Bullets. That'll be taxing on both his chakra and sand to keep everyone safe. It'll also slow down Gaara and his 'crush minerals, make more sand' plan as he has to put more effort into keeping the others safe.
Neji can deflect the ranged and close quarter attacks, but he won't be doing this without getting his hands and fingers eaten alive and horrifically injured. Which is bound to happen when he comes into close range. Which he will. He'd need some sort of distraction, a very good one, to catch Kimimaro off guard and not get impaled with his bone-defense.
Naruto at the time he fought Neji in the Chuunin Exam. . Won't be able to do much. He has stamina, that's about it. He could summon Gamabuta (Sorry if I spelled his name wrong) but that would drain Naruto's chakra and the Toad could be countered with that massive bone forest technique Kimimaro used to escape from Gaara's sand.
Sasuke's sharingan and curse mark level 1 could do some considerable damage. But I think the real key here is the Chidori.
If Sasuke can land that attack on Kimimaro, without being stopped by the drilling bullets or the several bones he has protruding out of his body to defend himself, he can land a fatal blow. Though, otherwise he isn't too helpful. I imagine Kimimaro is quick enough to dodge Sasuke's fire ball jutsu if he kept up with Lee.
Gaara-Partial Shukaku would only come into play if a Gaara's the last person left, or the others can't fight/retreated for some odd reason. I don't believe we've seen Gaara manipulating sand that wasn't directly connected to him at this point and the main reason Team 1 can survive is if Gaara's sand is there to protect them. If Gaara no longer needs to protect them, he could very well defeat/kill the weakened Kaguya by crushing him with Shukaku's massive sand claw.
But I see Kimimaro slowly aiming for Gaara after he takes down the first person (Who would most likely be Naruto, he would rush him and probably be defeated/killed early on). I think by the time Sasuke or Neji (Or the second person is killed,) Kimimaro would start to target Gaara more. Team 1 could take this if they had a more intelligent person on their team, not insulting any one there but. . Shikamaru instead of either Naruto or Neji could probably give the win for team 1.
I just feel that Team 1 wouldn't work together, or be able to annalize their opponents true power in time, and by the time they do their window for victory would be up.
So I would give this to Kimimaro 6.5/10 times, obviously at a high difficulty.
