Neil did not significantly improve from the time he fought naruto to the end of part one. Therefore naruto and sasuke win due to their huge improvements from the chuunin exams.

Neji beats sasuke , his striking speed nd his unpredictable way of striking plus his abillity to expel chakra from anywhere would giv him the clear advantage in CQC since sharingan cant predict the movement of chakra an neji has much more skill in CQC ,
His byakugan accurately detects anything that comes within a 50m radius around himself an his reaction will handle the rest
Chidori would get parried by kaiten since it knocks chakra away an was able to parry the force of the juubi's tail which was previously flicking TBB an the 2 strongest bijuu's with ease.
Naruto vs gaara would end in naruto's death , his clones are a non facter , gaara can sink him like kimi or rain sand on top him then crush him , the fox wont get invovled before naruto dies , this wont be like his fight against sasuke , he will start in base nd die in base.
Gamabunta might change this outcome tho , so it can go both ways.

How does sasuke mid diff neji when his chakra control which can be used to at anytime an anywhere in conjunction with his lightning fast striking speed to unbalance sasuke in a CQC fight , it wont simply be sasuke evading all his strikes since his strikin speed has been shown to be far quicker than naruto's an can simply expel chakra to create a opening.
Also how does naruto hold gaara off when he instantly stomps him with sand as he did kimi who was able to stomp KN0 Naruto with ease?
3T sasuke is more than enough to handle the likes of neji....he wont even need curse mark. As for naruto frog summoning and clones should be able to hold him off until sasuke helps him defeat gaara.

Why would 3t be more than enough? , unlike KN0 Naruto neji can strike a person 32 times in a second , sasuke does not have the luxury to block any of these hits an will surely get hit once which will lead to more hits , neji can simply expel chakra to make sure sasuke gets hit

Chakra which can be used to impede or block sasuke's taijutsu as his sharingan can see but not predict the movement of chakra which neji has full control over.
Sasuke's speed is not fast enough to blitz neji an anything he tries which comes within a 50m radius will get accurately detected an countered/evaded

Chidori gets parried by kaiten same as the juubi tail.
Also naruto back in p1 needed the fox to summon bunta off the bat to my understandin an if he summons clones beforehand gaara will crush them all in seconds.
