What do you know about it?

Not much really. All I know is she manipulates her skin and flesh somehow to create paper and is able to control existing paper. She can fold and shape this paper into extremely sharp and hard ninja tools and weapons. She can turn her entire self into paper and go from one location to another. How it is created or possible? Have no ****ing clue. I don't think anyone does. Do you? Because I don't. Anyway, I think paper is as simple as that. It's very fast and can be very versatile as the majority of attacks could be used as projectiles on top of other jutsu or as I said, the techniques can be hard and sharp so techniques such as her giant paper needle technique is euphoric. But yeah. All I really know about the base of her paper is its seemingly endless and can basically peel off of her skin at her will. I have the thread with the weakness and strengths of it but I can't remember clearly because all I remember is she can use her paper techniques fine in rain as seen against Tobi but I believe on here they're weak to water... Or fire... Or both. I don't know. She can also create things such as paper wings to fly and such. Paper and Konan are just cool and versatile overall.

Paper ninjutsu is style of fighting that was only seen using by Konan and that was originally made by her. Paper ninjutsu works in such a way that you infuse your chakra into paper sheets and then use them to your advantage. By infusing chakra into paper you can control that little paper how you like, in a very creative yet deadly way. Even though using paper as a fighting weapon sounds very foolish at first and doesn't look so intimidating, it is very durable to many things that may be declared as its weaknesses. This type of ninjutsu allows user to even convert their whole or parts of bodies into paper itself making user non vulnerable to any type of taijutsu attacks because any kind of physical attack will just go trough body of user. Another great thing is that the rapidness,speed as well as strength of paper that are caused by excellent control of it represent a great defense from fairly strong Fire techniques making paper neutral to fire. User of paper ninjutsu is able to make paper so sharp that it is able to cut through rocks making it also neutral to Earth Release. Paper ninjutsu is strong against Lighting Release because lighting can't be infused into paper which means that paper is a great insulator. Paper ninjutsu techniques,like every existing techniques,have weaknesses. One of them are liquid-based techniques, like Water Release and techniques based on oil,because they make paper heavier,wetter and unable to control. Although this is weakness of paper ninjutsu,in manga as well as anime we saw Konan using it to her advantage. She purposely made her paper to soak water and in that way used wet paper to help her defend from fire although in our RP Paper ninjutsu is neutral to Fire Release. One more thing that we saw in manga is that Konan used water to wash the oil off of her. That happened when Jiraiya used oil based technique on her completely stopping her movement. In that situation water helped her to wash the oil off of her,allowing her to move freely again. One more weakness of Paper Ninjutsu techniques is Wind Release because wind is able to cut right trough paper. One more advantage of paper and why it is so good is that you are able to use explosive tags instead of paper,which are going to explode when they come in contact with opponent causing serious damage. In the manga we saw Konan greatly using this ability to stun her opponents. She would mix explosive tags with her clones to make them rush towards her opponents and surprise them. Also we saw her combining it so well that she was able to stop Obito from transporting himself and even making such a strong shinobi as Obito to lose one of his hands and almost his life.

Question. If I activate rain tiger or something like that, will I still be able to use paper techniques well or will that rain ruin that for me?

First and far most when it comes to this, I'd like you to create few shurikens out of paper and some differing sized and shaped animals!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay. I figured, just wanted to make sure.

Konan gently holds her hands out close to in front of her and has chakra race through all of her fingers. Her skin peels off as a few sheets of paper and she focuses on it. She manipulates her chakra within the paper sheets further, folding the few paper sheets into ninja tools such as shuriken and kunai as they are still floating. The shuriken start to rapidly spins and Konan thrusts her right hand forward and the kunai jet off in the distance. Immediately after, she swipes her left arm sideways, making the paper shuriken jet off right behind the kunai. They traveled such a distance that they were no longer visible from their view. And quite vicious they looked.

Moving on, Konan repeats the process and sheds two sheets of paper from her fingertips. She concentrates on them and they start to fold intently. One of the papers folded into a giraffe while the other folded into a cat. They were both really quite pretty and well made. Each land in one of Konan's hands and she extends them to her sensei, offering them to her...

This is one of the most basic techniques of Paper Ninnjutsu. The user infuses chakra into paper and by manipulating that chakra, shapes paper into animals. If you are creating small animals, you can create up to 15 of them and it will cost you 10 chakra. If you are creating medium sized animals you can create up to 10 of them and they will cost you 15 chakra. If you are creating large animals you could create up to 5 of them and it will cost you 20 chakra.

(Kami Shuriken Jutsu) - Paper Shuriken Technique

Description:The user creates shuriken out of paper what is capable of cutting far better then normal shuriken since there chakra infused.This jutsu creates three shuriken.

The user infuses chakra into paper sheets and by molding that infused chakra, the user is able to shape paper into shuriken which are stronger than normal shuriken and have much better cutting capabilities because chakra is infused into paper. With this technique, you are able to create up to 3 shuriken which you can control to hit the wanted target.

For the first technique, it seems useful as you could sayyyy make a bunch of little butterflies and send them to your opponent, blinding them and hindering their vision. Or, you could make like a rhino or something and have it smash into them with brute force.

I have a few questions. I have looked over the paper jutsu list many times, and for this particular technique, it says "After using body of paper jutsu". However, I have never seen that move on the paper jutsu list. Also, I have seen some that say after activating your wings, but see no techniques that says you activate your wings. Are these supposed to be done freeform, or are there techniques I do not know about? Also, with this specific technique, with the big animals, can they be as big as a rhino, as I have stated? Or something on a smaller scale? When I imagine the small, medium and large paper constructs, I think of something as small as butterflies, when it comes to medium, I think of a cat or a dog, and with big, I think of a rhino or horse, etc.

For the second jutsu, it looks cool as you can count them as razor sharp shuriken but better, since they are chakra infused. This technique is nice because it is a projectile attack, meaning you can send it out and perform something else right behind it.

Each technique where it says "After using body of paper jutsu" is technique where as you use paper from your body without activating anything. For your second question, when it comes to wings, those are techniques which can be used only once you performed Dance of the Shikigami (A ranked technique) and once upon activating it you created wings upon your back. When it comes to size of animals created, when it says small they can be up to a size of a cat, the medium is size up to a size of lion and large is size not bigger than that of an elephant. The next technique is substitution technique, and like all others can only be used once per battle. Basically, user would using their ability to manipulate paper disperse into a spinning coloumn of paper before re-appearing somewhere else on the battlefield. Pretty basic technique.

(Kami Kawarimi no Jutsu) - Paper Substitution Technique

Simple but useful. You are to burst into a flurry of paper and with this, you will distort your opponent's vision and blow away in a single column of paper which you will be able to go a few feet away from where you were all the way up to long range. The fact that you can go up to long range with this really interests me.

Let's start with C ranks then! First technique is a clone technique where user will basically release chakra into paper sheets before manipulation them to make a perfect replica of themselves. User can control the clones remotely, however clones mustn't leave a short range radius from the user as they will get dispersed if they do so. In addition if the clone has been dispersed the user can use that paper as a source for performance of other techniques. Also, one can use explosive tags in combo with normal paper to increase their potency. Paper clones will be able to perform paper techniques!

(Kami Bunshin no Jutsu) - Paper Clone Technique

Description: This jutsu takes advantage of Konan's ability to manipulate paper. By infusing her chakra into paper, she can shape the paper into a perfect replica of herself that she can control remotely. When the clone is hit or disperses, it merely collapses back into sheets of paper. Konan can conceal exploding tags in the paper clones as well and have them explode in front of the target. These clones can only use Paper techniques.
Note: Can only be used by Konan
