*Korra appears in a paper storm surrounding you in paper sheets floating around. The sheets would sit there and float while KOrra forms from paper sheets. Hello there its been a while Sindy! Tell me what you know about Paper Ninjutsu. As Korra waits for her student answer she creates a paper throne to sit on. She also creates roses out of paper to demonstrate what stuff paper ninjutsu can do.
She looks at her teacher surround her with paper and then shape herself from the paper. Paper Ninjutsu is the ability to use chakra controlled paper to either move, throw, or create things with. The paper can float around them, like this, and can be manipulated in any way the user wants. They can also have explosive tags mixed within for a surprise attack.

Korra was impressed that this girl would know the basic concept of paper ninjutsu. That is a good short answer you gave. Now let me also add on to it. Paper is weak to Water and Oil as it makes it hard to control and also Wind since Wind could blow it away. Paper happens to be netural to Fire (LOL) and Earth while be Strong to Lightning and the direct use of Magnetism. Users of Paper Ninjutsu are able to passively manipulate paper up to short-range, causing it to levitate around them, but they can also launch it like shuriken and without seals in short-range up to B-rank. While you are right about the explosive tags you could also have explosive tags be the paper sheets you use instead adding a +20 damage to all your jutsus. Korra than takes a sip of tea knowing she spent a good amount of time like Uncle Iroh. Now to begin start creating and releasing paper sheets from your body. Than I want you to shape them into animals, tools, etc. like I can do with this. Korra than creates a bouquet of roses of paper.

Konan sees the roses being made and begins to concentrate on her chakra. She focuses on molding chakra into the paper sheets that she has. as Konan focuses her chakra into the papers, she can feel it peel off of her skin, almost like a snake shedding its skin. She then concentrates on the paper floating around her and begins to shape the paper with her chakra into a a paper shuriken. Then she folds the same paper into the shape of a cat, using her chakra to make the cat walk around

Korra was impressed with her student to even be able to start the first jutsu she would learn without realizing it. Korra watches as the cat is walking around remember when she first learned to use her Paper skills and doing the same thing but with a dog instead. Korra than uses her paper to start demonstrating the first jutsu she was going to teach her student. Alright you already started to learn the first jutsu!
(Origami No Jutsu) - Paper Folding Technique

Description: A basic yet pretty useful technique of paper ninjutsu. User would utilizing their paper manipulation skills create different kinds of animals which size varies from smaller ones to the ones bigger in size. Depending on the size of the animal also will depend number of them able as to be created. With smaller ones which approximately reach size of a domestic cat, user would be able to create up to 15 costing them 10 chakra points. When it comes to medium sized animals, user would be able to create up to 10, each reaching size of a lion and costing user 15 chakra points. The biggest animals that are able to be created with this technique can reach size similar to the one of an elephant and overall their number can reach 5 costing 20 chakra points.

The smaller the paper animals are the bigger they can be while the large the less you can create. Could use this to make animals to distract the opponent while you attack with a different attack. You could also combine this with fuuin so when they animals attach to the opponent they can attach sealing tags on them or even summons or edos. Even tho its made short range from the user Im assuming they can go out and reach a farther range. After giving her long explanation Korra controls her paper making a variety of animals. She starts by making 15 cats that walk around the one cat her student made. She than has the paper come together into making ten lions bigger in size than the cat. She would than have than paper combine again and than makes five elephants of paper. Make the same animals I did or you can create any animals you want but they have to reach the same size depending on how many animals you want to make.

Konan sees her sensei make 15 cats and then 10 lions and then 5 elephants while only using her own paper. Konan then decides to the same by molding her chakra into her paper and focusing on making the cats. She molds her chakra into the paper and after a minute, she begins to shape the papers into 15 cats and making them walk around,like her sensei did. After forming the cats, she then manipulates and shapes the cats to form 10 lions, bigger than the cats. She then makes the lions stand on top of each other (1 on top of each other, five rows all together) and again manipulated and shapes them to form another animal. She focuses on making them become elephants and after a minute, they form 5 elephants, walking around and flapping their big ears

Of course paper is fun to control! Korra was happy to see her student having fun learning to control paper. It reminder her of when she was first learning to control it herself. Alright now I am going to teach you two jutsus at a time to help speed this up! Korra than had paper sheets form from her body in front of her. She made the paper take form into 3 shuriken and has the shuriken hit a nearby tree.

After doing the shuriken Korra's body starts dispersing into a spinning column of paper sheets through out the entire field. Korra than forms behind her student and appears making her jump.

THIS JUTSU can be used as a sub jutsu and better since it can reach long range. As the user breaks into a column of paper to distract the opponent the user could snake behind them to attack. You could maybe make cjs that use this to an advantage like while the user is escaping the paper have my tags go off. Korra than takes a seat to watch her student do these two jutsus to perfection.
