Had to make sure that Dance of the Shikigami Techniques weren't bound to Konan Bios.
(Shikigami no Mai) - Dance of the Shikigami
Type: Offensive, Supplementary

Description:
Using her high origami and ninjutsu skills, Konan can turn her body and clothing into many sheets of paper. She can control and reshape even parts of her body with sheets at will, making such forms as weapons for attack, streams of paper sheets to attack from a distance, butterflies or other seemingly "sentient" paper animals for spying or combat, paper airplanes for quick transport, or simply covering her enemy in sheets of paper, restricting and asphyxiating them. It was this technique that gave birth to her nickname "Angel" as she often shaped her body into sprouting 2 large wings from her back, which she used to fly and maneuver while airbourne. As her body turns to paper, she becomes very light, able to gently hover above ground on will. This paper is seemingly expendable, including parts of her body converted to paper; and how much paper she can expend depends on her chakra reserve. She can also hide explosive tags amongst her papers to add a deadly surprise to her attacks. While using this technique, Konan is virtually immune to physical damage and as long as some sheets of paper remain, she can reform, granting that she has sufficient chakra for it.

alright i actually did think this was bound to konan, so thanks for telling me that much to begin with. alright so first off we can look at the "passive" stuff which is basically you can hide explosive tags in the sheets, and you are virtually immune to physical damage. But the technique relies on how much you have in chakra reserve, while you can then utilize this to its fullest. you turn your entire body into paper, you can utilize it to make different ranged or close range weapons, wings, or other things that you can imagine if i am correct about that. then you can also shoot streams of paper to attack or restrain the target(s) or you can make sentient beings of paper, like birds, to survey or attack. Though one thing im not sure of that i can notice is that I dont know the size of the things you can make, like the weapons, animals and such whats the size you can make because i think the jutsu is sort of limited to your imagination no?

There is no stated size limit, but just in case I'd say it would be a volume of paper equal to the size of the user and maybe larger. Might want to confirm however, but since the wings upon her back are massive and bigger than Konan herself it should easily be a lot/large size.

(Kami Kasui no Jutsu) – Paper Stream Technique
Type: Offensive

Description: A technique only capable as to be utilized once Dance of the Shikigami has already been performed as well as once the wings have been formed on user's back. Taking advantage of paper sheets which are constructing the wings user would sent them forth creating a massive wave of paper planes towards their target as to pierce through their body. Taking advantage of the angle as well as side from which paper planes have been sent could make them hard to evade and can be used as a great distraction.
Note: To perform this technique user has to have both Dance of the Shikigami activated as well as wings already formed on their body.
(Kami Tsumujikaze no Jutsu) - Paper Whirlwind Technique

Description: A technique only capable as to be utilized once Dance of the Shikigami has already been performed as well as once the wings have been formed on user's back. By flapping their wings forth towards their target user would be capable of sending a wave of paper sheets which would as they are reaching intended target form a whirlwind with great cutting capabilities to it.
Note: To perform this technique user has to have both Dance of the Shikigami activated as well as wings already formed on their body.
( Hane Dageki no Funshutsu ) - Feather Gush Blow Technique

Description: A technique only capable as to be utilized once Dance of the Shikigami has already been performed as well as once the wings have been formed on user's back. Manipulating paper sheets from the wings user would be capable of releasing multiple amount of them directly into their opponent which great power to them.

( Hane Yajirushi Kasai ) - Feather Arrow Fire

every single one of them makes sense, just thinking about the first one when it says massive wave, i imagine an incredible large amount of them.
the rest just makes sense, they are all essentially the same just worded differently, with different ways of using it. Though id just imagine you can use it with paper tags etc. else no questions really.

The techniques that state they use paper tags are usually the only ones you can unless you get a custom which allows you to. Cause usually adding paper tags to certain techniques is what makes them more unique, like the ones im about to post you.
Simple but strong technique where you can create a large whirlwind around the target that'll act like a wind jutsu and cut and shred at whatever is trapped. This is when it gets unique, the added paper tags make this stronger, as explosives are thrown into the mix.
Pretty cool, almost like an advanced shuriken based attack, where they splinter off and attack any target, consuming them in sharp petals.
Tornado of paper that attack the targets in the vicinity, simple attack to make and quite standard for a paper technique. But it gives you that generic paper technique to attack with that you will most probably use.

Your final technique! and also one of the most versatile ones, you can create entire creations from your paper sheets though very similar to Dance of the Shikigami you don't have to constantly reduce chakra each turn and instead just create things without becoming paper yourself.
The Forbidden Rank Technique is for Konan only.

Honestly this technique does not need much of examining, it is "virtually" limitless in its possibilities, as it can be used to what ever means that the user sees fit, they can create and use it in the ways that they can imagine. I do not see an issue with it or a question lying behind it, though im sad forbidden rank is only for konan xD.
