I dont think Pein is going to have problems destroying vilage Unless Naruto shows up with new powers and some Kyuubi stuff xD

Btw. no one knows what more Pein have in his ability "box" xD

The only people who are gonna stand any kind of chance are Kakashi, Neji, Gai, and Tsunade [Although I doubt she would risk her neck like that, seeing as she is Hokage and all]
The rest of them will die within the first hours, as Pein has jutsu's that can level villages.
The weak will die, and the strong will survive, plain and simple.

He knows Konoha quite well.
He knows of the ninja to look out for and surely has thought of strategies to defeat them.
Plus, Pein wouldn't fall for simple jutsu's like a shadow possession or Ino's possession jutsu, he wouldn't be defeated like that.
Like I said, you can't just walk into Amegekure, not only would they meet opposition from the people who inhabit Amegekure, but from Pein's many bodies as well.
Think about it, why do you think Jiraiya snuck into Amegekure?
He didn't want to be killed as soon as he walked in.
The same goes for anyone else.

and there is kakashi with his new sharingan and 1000+ jutsu.. gai and lee with the 8 gates
naruto with his powers and kyubbi.. hinata and neji with the byakugan powers..

thats true. thats where the interrogation can help. also dont forget jiraiya had some frogs who accompanied him. they know enter and exit routes as well. with this much info(+ autopsy + ma-pa) it wud take shikamaru an hour to make a reasonable plan. problem is it wud take a week to complete autopsy, and somehow pain's arrival has to be delayed.

also i think pain/nagato can control only 6 bodies at a time. he once called it '6 paths of pain' or whatever. anyways these are all just speculation. i hope the story gets much more interesting, defeating him wud be quite a feat.

actually don't underestimate any of them..
they may look weak but i belive that in the time they weren't shown in the manga and anime they've improved a lot.

But to put that aside: Gai, Kakashi, Neji and Shika are the only ones between them all to have a chance.. Between those 4 shika is the weakest.. but he's also the master tactisian so i'm pretty sure he'll find a way to lure 1 body and destroy it.
Gai will just open his gates, and kakashi will copy things and use his brains and kill a body, and neji will just use his talents.
but honestly, jiraiya took out 3 bodies on his own and died after they all got back.
Kakashi, Gai, Shika and Neji are the only ones between all others to put up a good fight and have decent chances in my eyes.

was just reviewing some manga. found one thing didnt notice earlier. strangely all of the summons had rinnegan too.

And another thing I forgot to mention was that Pein can revive any bodies that die in seconds, making it nearly impossible to kill all of them as long as one survives.
And yea, Shikamaru could find a weakness, but without any information, he ain't finding shit.
yea, Gai can go eight gates, but it doesn't last very long, as long as he can survive, Gai will die and Pein will survive.
For one, Naruto isn't gonna be there, and if he were there, he wouldn't do shit, except miss with his RasenShuriken OR hit Pein and kill a body, but blow his arm off in the process.
Listen, I'm not saying he's invincible, but we haven't seen him at 100% and when we do, it's gonna surprise everyone.
The person I see doing the most damage is Kakashi, as he can take out a few bodies FOR GOOD by sending them to a different dimension.
The only REAL flaw I see in Pein is if you TOTALLY destroy on of his bodies, but the only people who are capable of that are like...Shikamaru, Kakshi, and Naruto with the risk of loosing his arm.

i think pein can only summon his bodies back alive in his hide out.
when beeing in konoha i don't think he can summon the dead bodies back...
that's just a thought though.

Pein has 360 degree vision, better than the byakagun, no matter how high shikamarus IQ is, he cant formulate a shadow kage to capture pein if his sight is 360 degrees.

Also theyre uppets, who even knows what happens if you try to shadow kage them, they can come back from the dead as seen so i doubt the shadw kage will be much trouble to pein.

Also konans going with him.

I dont see many being able to fight him, however do remember pein said "our goal is to find the jinchurriki naruto, anyone who stands in our way, kill them"


Hes not going to pwn the place, hes going to capture naruto and only kill if others get in the way.
