On second thought, I think the fight can go either way.
My reasons.
1. Pein has no info, while Zabuza has all the intel, and is waiting to ambush.
The fact that Pein suddenly finds himself inside of Hidden Mist Jutsu, gives Zabuza greater advantage here.

2. Chibaku Tensei needs some conditions to be fulfilled. Pein needs to move close enough to Nagato, so Chibaku Tensei is ruled out here.
Even if Pein decides to go closer to Nagato in order to use it, Zabuza won't follow him. (Naruto got caught because he followed Pein).

3. Zabuza can use water prison jutsu, though Shinra Tensei can disperse it.

4. Zabuza's blade can be used to oneshot some peins in the mist.

The fight goes either way. it depends in how fast and how well Pein recovers from the sudden ambush.

This is retarded. First off fix your grammar and second wtf makes you think Zabuza will beat ALL 6 PAINS if Hanzo got his ass destroyed by them and the 3 SANNIN couldn't even touch him?!?!?! Zabuza was basically defeated by Kakashi who at that time was nothing compared to what he is now like when he fought Pain with Kamui and it was only 2!! Zabuza would be done in 3 seconds.
