Shinera tensei didn't kill any ninja in konoha it only destroyed the building.
Chibaku tensei could be destroyed by strong long rang attack and zabuza has arsenal of these powerful jutsu .

1) shinera tensei only good for destroy building not killing people !

The way you lay it out for yourself you make it seem like Zabuza would use hidden mist jutsu then just wreck all the paths really quickly...even if zabuza somehow managed to kill 5 pains which would never happen he would have to deal with Preta Path which Zabuza couldn't touch...Part 2 Kakashi was killed by preta path with little difficulty...and you think part one zabuza with water dragon jutsu and hidden mist tech could beat pain...keep living in your fantisy land man

Yasaka magatama was enough and they all attacked at sane time because itachi wanted to distracted him before he sealing him by using the totsuko blade .

Itachi could've used Karasu Bunshin or Genjutsu if he wanted to distract Nagato, there was no reason for him to ask help if he could've done it himself. Yasaka Magatama alone is still stronger than all of Zabuza's Jutsu.

Nagato doesn't even need to use Chibaku Tensei, Shuradō can solo.

My reasons.
1. Pein has no info, while Zabuza has all the intel, and is waiting to ambush.
The fact that Pein suddenly finds himself inside of Hidden Mist Jutsu, gives Zabuza greater advantage here.

2. Chibaku Tensei needs some conditions to be fulfilled. Pein needs to move close enough to Nagato, so Chibaku Tensei is ruled out here.
Even if Pein decides to go closer to Nagato in order to use it, Zabuza won't follow him. (Naruto got caught because he followed Pein).

3. Zabuza can use water prison jutsu, though Shinra Tensei can disperse it.

4. Zabuza's blade can be used to oneshot some peins in the mist.

The fight goes either way. it depends in how fast and how well Pein recovers from the sudden ambush.

You have great analysis however i think yugura the 3rd mizukage has better chances against pain more than zabuza ..

Kisame vs pain will gonna be an intersting battle too
