agreed we hav to see more of sasuke's ems skill. But sasuke is different from naruto sm his attacks are faster, deadly and one of them is more destructive and he has a better defense(aka susano), sm naruto is inferior to sasuke due to that but after he got KM a lot more powerful and faster but sm naruto is inferior to sasuke, he is not fast enough to dodge amaterasu, arrows or if sasuke pulls out kirin he would die but Km is a different story, so don't say that since naruto and sasuke were equals he can't win against pain, naruto the series is more complicated than that its not as simple as beating one character equals beating another one.

Sasuke can easily create acsending air current by sendin fire in the air as seen when he fought itachi

Sasuke can defend himself with susanoo if deva path pulls him over and how is he going to stop sasuke? All sasuke needs to do is protect himself with susanoo and send fire into the air. Deva path needs to get close to nagato b4 he can use chibaka tensei, so he might give away his position if he uses chibaka tensei.

Sasuke's genjutsu isn't weak anymore since he has ems which is a combination of itachi and his ms. So i see sasuke taking any path down with tsukuyomi.

Both Kirin and Susanoo are energy (one being nature energy the other one chakra)--which can both be absorbed by Pein.

Ocular based genjutsu wouldn't work on Pein.

You're assuming Sasuke would be fighting the Six Paths of Pein instead of one healthy fully powered Pein. That makes a huge difference in the level of fighting. Sasuke would not win against fully powered Pein because all of his best attacks can be neutralized or absorbed by Pein (which has already been shown to rejuvenate and strengthen Pein).

kirin cannot be absorbed dude it is direct lightning not one based on chakra(aka ninjutsu) so pain can be hit with kirin and die. And who said ocular genjutsu does not work on pain.
