Its useless agains six paths. When one path will be cought in it Nagato will know that right away seeing how vision coming from that path differs from others.

shinra tensei range is not large enough you can move clouds that is just outrageous he might be able to do it if he goes up and uses ultimate shinra tensei which he used to destroy the konoha. he can push things close to him with a regular one he can't hit the clouds the range is not that big dude seriously
