i don't see how EMS will make a difference sasuke wasn't that blind till he fought danzo , any way i think sasuke "and any one with low chakra" lacks stamina , and that's something you need when out numbered , although i think if it was just nagato on his own nagato will be doomed

By extrapolating Sasuke's potential+progress. The kyuubi foreshadowed Sasuke's strength by directly comparing him to a prime Madara. EMS is the peak of the Uchiha, it's Sasuke final upgrade. His potential must or rather has been realized.

We don't need to see EMS in action to know that it's the most deadliest technique in the manga. Only 1 bamf has ever had it - the one who could take 5 kage...

EMS prevents you from going blind, that's all it gives you, and some new powers. But it does not prevent you from overusing chakra, and since we know sasuke is a rage spammer, he will fight against pain the way he fought danzo, just spamming. He won't go blind but he will still lose chakra. And don't try to compare sasuke's fight against pain like itachi, because sasuke isn't nearly as tactical and intelligent as itachi. pain wins.

Everyone saying EMS makes him win stop saying it. We don't know what his EMS full powers are besides his susanoo looks boosted. Naruto had full intel on pain while sasuke probably has none or minimal. Also pain wasn't trying to kill naruto which for sasuke he would. :|

the only thin itachi and madara said about it that it will give you light , and that's a big deal for the user because if he loses his light he loses every thing but doesn't mean he will be stronger

But pain didn't have the intent to kill naruto but to disable him. :| With sasuke it would be the intent to kill sasuke at all costs similar to j-man except that was mostly with 1 - 3 bodies not 6. Also TC didn't state if he knew what pain's powers were.
