Pain vs Kumogakure

If bee wasn't there then it could be chibaku tensei GG.

Other than that, you have Bee, A, and the third raikage, 1 being potentially the strongest kage alive, and 2 of them being far superior to the kages. And on top of that you have other strong guys like darui and yuugito who are pushing kage-level themselves. And below them you have some other pretty capable guys like karui, oomoi, samui, C, and so on.

If pain confronts these guys 1 at a time, he can win, but that aint happening. Pain goes down even if kumo starts with absolutely no info.

Well throwing up that black ball isn't really that easy, and if they have the intel on it they would do what Bee, Naruto, and Itachi did in their fight against Nagato

Konaha is not the strongest village.......... sure they used to be back when the third war was finished but..........
Konaha loss many ninja throughout the years. Nine tails attack, Uchiha massacre, and when the Sand village attacked.
Thats basically why Pain easily whooped their @ss.
Kumo has been growing in strength since after the war ended Adding the third raikage they will destroy Pain.

I do not think Pain would have an easy time, but if they use the same strategy on Kumogakure as they did on Konoha, the odds on saving the village from the same catastrophe are very slim. Because they do not have any knowledge on Pain like Konoha did, it will take them longer to create a strategy to counter Pain. Bee would not be able to transform into the Tail Beast because he would destroy the whole village. Of course they have many strong shinobi, but if they do not know Pain's abilities, they will definitely have a hard time. Now, many will say that Raikage can beat anyone, and that might be true. Sincerely, I do not think he will be able to touch Tenzo (not sure how to spell it) very easly. And as was shown, Tenzo can destroy a city with one hit. I am pretty sure if they find Nagato, I do not think he would revive anyone. If they do not know that the way to kill Pain is to kill the one that revives them, and kill the one that absorbs jutsus, then casualties will increase dramatically.

Im pretty Bee sure will transform into eight tails mode regardless of the fact that he will destroy the village. Because im pretty sure just like konoha they will have ninja evacuating the people to safety. So they can always rebuild the village itself.

He was looking for Naruto, Yes, Indeed he was, though he was destroying the village in the process, and didn't go all out untill he found out that Naruto wasn't in there, but do you think, the Raikages, both in their prime will let him have that much time to go all out, not to mention, it's not just the raikages, but countless other Kakashi or high level jonins.

Kakashi was likely the strongest jonin level and look what happened to him just 2 pains were enough for him.

There is no way hidden cloud will get passed chibaku tensei, and also it is unlikely that Pain will face 3rd and 4 raikage at the same time.

We're still talking about Pain here, not full powered Nagato that fought Bee, Naruto and Itachi. The combine power of all of Kumogakure > Naruto, Bee, Itachi.
