Pain if kabuto summons edo tenseis then one of the pains could take on that edo but then again edos are invinsible so no decision.

all kabuto has to do is summon muu, third raikage and 2nd mizukage and the paths are dead. kabuto would very likely win this. he can summon any others as he sees fit to win.

It depends.

While Pain is powerful, Kabuto is a lot smarter than both Naruto and Itachi. He'd be able to figure out how to beat Pain and likely accomplish it.

He'd evade the human path using his speed and with Orochimaru's cells, he'd avoid most physical damage.
