It's a statement, you mentioned how people bring up Edo-Tensei, and I simply compared Edo-Tensei to Sasori's puppetry considering no one debates on the fact that it's not entirely his power, if we were going to go by the same argument. That's way too different, Sasori singlehandedly defeated all of the people that are now his puppets and controls them entirely through chakra threads.

Orochimaru summons a bunch of people that probably outclass him severely and simply sits back, since his summons are sentient. This comparison fails.

Anyway, don't know if Deva can solo him, but all 6 Paths will rape him (without ET being used). One thing's for certain, he'll put up a better fight than Jiraiya.

Well Edo Tensei doesn't use the chakra of the user to have the zombies battle. They simple control them. Did you read the chapter when Kurama recognized Madara's chakra instead of Kabuto's chakra?
