I think Pain and Shikamaru because Shikamaru will make a plan exploiting some of Madara's weaknesses, such as overconfidence

im willing to bet if you had six split frames of sight and began controlling 6 bodies you wouldnt find it easy.

to control 6 extra bodies (plus animals) and use them effectivly involves a lot of strategy. Nagato and the 6 paths doesnt need Shikimaru

If you're combining shikamaru's brilliance with pains 6 paths of overpoweredness, I can see a very real possibility of them winning. Theres just so many ways this can go down. Gonna say Pain/shika with insane difficulty.... sometimes...
