This lighting jutsu goes through the ground so as long as u are on the ground u can't avoid it

as I see that the wind is coming towards me I stom doing my Raiton and quickly jump back.

So as I just beat yr wind jutsu u havent reached me yet. So I throw a kunai at u to slow u down and as I'm on the ground now I quickly use:

That way I beat both ur Rasengan and Lighting Hound as there are both coming from the same direction.

As the flames are still coming at u I make a few steps back and use:

*As I notice you stop your jutsu(sharingan) I quickly form a mist of wind all around you concentrating it greatly to make it exceedingly thick(making it very thin at me so along with my sharingan i'm allowed to see clearly through it), doing this all while running so all your jutsu are useless*
