Battle Rules:

1. All fight is done through the Summons.

1.1 The user is required to guide their summons, if needed, through whichever communication link they have ( voice commands, telepathy, etc )

2. The user is able to use both contracts in battle.

3. Only 1 summon can be in play at any given time.

3.1 If a single summon technique calls more than 1 animal, then only 1 of them will appear.

4. All summoning time restrictions are void, and new restrictions are instated

4.1 The upper time limit that a summon can stay in battle is 4 turns.

4.2 Each individual summon can only be used once per battle.

4.3 Techniques that summon more than 1 animal can be used more than 1 time, as long as they summon a different individual.

5. The user can summon up to 6 animals in battle.

5.1 The battle is won once all 6 of the opponent's team are defeated.

6. Techniques that overpower or neutralize summoning techniques can only be used once, regardless of having more than one of those techniques.

7. Canon and Custom Contracts can be used.

8. In shared contracts:

8.1 The same animal can only be in battle once at a given time.

8.2 Loyalty will be given to the current summoner, despite hierarchic rank ( contract creator, signer, etc )

  • The deadline for each reply is 2 days. Going past the deadline is considered a "Stun" where the previous attacks will follow through un-defended and the person is able to launch a second row of attacks (which will aim towards the next pokemon the player throws. 2 consecutive stuns is a disqualification.
  • Each match will last a week ( 7 days ).
  • You go first.
I coded it myself this time :) Let's have fun!

Consuela adjusts her hair and gives a tug at her bra, somewhat unlady-like, as she rises to the stage. Eyeing her opponent, she voices out, with a sheepish smile.

As always, let's start easy. I choose you, Jellicent.

In a swift motion, she bites her finger and places her hand on the platform. Further along, in the battlefield, a mist of dust and water materializes, from which a large translucent Coatrischie Box Jellyfish appears. It's eerie and transcendent voice echoes through the field, like an haunting ghost, as it mocks your poor fashion choices.

( Koukurage Kuchyose no Jutsu: ) Box Jellyfish Summoning Technique: Coatrischie
Rank: A
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Coatrishie is a clan of Archipelago Boxes that has wind chakra, and a higher resistance to drought. They come in various sizes, from very small ones to large enough to carry 2 people in their floater. They can swim freely through the air as they can through the water. Twice per battle, they can charge wind jutsu on their tentacles, acquiring a saw-like appearance, equivalent to A rank and will last for 2 turns max each time.
*Can only stay on field for 5 turns max unless there is a water source nearby, in which case they can bathe in the water and renew the duration of their stay by 5 more turns*
*Can only summon up to 3 Coatrishie per battle but only one at a time*

Tomoko took her "I'm mysterious and utterly cool" position as the floor raised upward, of course, unlike what she thinks, she looks like a complete lunatic. Her eyes met her opponent's presence, a girl who looked so cool Tomoko couldn't help but to find herself violently swearing at her in her mind. Hatred rose within her heart as her opponent spoke, her voice sounded so sweet ?. "I bet she's very popular from wherever she came from.. Yeah you are so cool and stuff, you FAKE BISH!" Tomoko thought.

The girl mentioned starting easy before she preformed her summoning technique calling forth a jellyfish that flies, it looked so energetic and full of life with its large entity waving its bowl head and tentacles. Tomoko first thought of The Emperor of The Vulture, but he's definitely not an easy start; he's the damn contract leader. She then decided to summon Gamasuki, funny enough, she never fought with him before in battles, but she did max his EVs the way she wanted and thus fits the criteria fine. Tomoko bit her thumb, preformed a few hand seals then slammed her palm against the platform with lights directed at her. POOF! Gamasuki appeared after a large cloud of smoke, he had a sky blue skin color and wore a light armor that held a large folding fan and a war fan, crossing few meters below his belt which hanged them tightly. Gamasuki's palms, chest and inferior surface of their feet was colored with a lighter shade of blue, cyan. Tomoko smirked at her enemy as she stared at her and the jellyfish she called Jellicent.

Tomoko: "Muhahahahaha! Ga ma suki!! Kill dat thing for mee!"
Gamasuki: "Are you kiddin' me, gurl?! Yo ain't ma mama to boss me around, ya know?!"
Tomoko blushed as she shrieked in and replied with a much lower enthusiasm: "Sorry.. Uh.. Huh.. I was.. Just.."
Gamasuki: "It's okay, It's okay.. I got it, gurl! Consider that fish dead!"

Tomoko's hair flowed with the blow of the wind showing her full facial expression was shown; She had the widest smirk and her eyes was challenging the enemy for the battle which is about to start.

Rank: S

Jellifish, Slap Circle!

In a swift twirl, Jellicent moves to the right, while it's tentacles spiral around on each-other so hard they seem to be squeezing something out of him. In that sudden motion, almost like an octopus being propelled by it's water jet, Jellicent shoots out in the air, sideways, encircling you while keeping his mid-range distance, quickly moving half a dozen meters in a stride. With the same speed, yet mirroring the movement, a large jellyfish of venom spills out of Jellicent and moves to the left. They swim in the air around you, from opposite directions.

(Kouton: Pishari ) Box Arts: Fa'ataupati
Rank: A
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user secretes a large amount of venom, which assumes the shape of a big jellyfish. Then the user is able to control the jellyfish with a conjunction of various slap-like motions, gestures, making the jellyfish move (Up, Down, Sides, back, Front) and even change in shape (Become taller, blunter, sharper, bending, etc), in a large area around the user, up to Mid-Range around the user. The jellyfish can move as fast as the user can move. The jelly can be separated into up to 5 smaller jellyfishes.
*While controlling the venom, the user can't preform other jutsus except Taijutsu*
*The venom can be controlled for 2 turns, after which it falls motionless*
*The jutsu can only be used twice*
*Human summoners have higher resistance to the poison, but are not immune*
*Can only be used by Boxes*

And into a Needle Barrage!

As it moves sideways, spinning around in it's path, Jellicent unwraps his tentacles, with a smack as they rub on each other, causing the venom jellyfish to separate, in succession, into 5 entities, which shot out of the main body in the shape of needles, straight towards Gamasuki. With 4 tentacles, it smacks 4 times, making 4 needles. The 5th jellyfish remaining a jellyfish and mirroring the original.

Gamasuki! Take control!

Gamasuki observed his foe whirling around him, analyzing his speed and trajectory, Gamasuki was capable of estimate where it would be and when. At the sight of purplish gas being secrete from the opponent, Gamasuki decided to isolate the jellyfish in a prison that has the taste of offense in it, he manipulated his wind chakra and formed a dome of wind chakra surrounding the moving enemy almost equally from all sides (from the moment of it's creation of course). Within the dome, the jellyfish and the poison is blown around by randomized strong gusts, dispersing it. The jellyfish and the poison are mixed together with the blows, some made it hit the floor causing slight scratch in its skin which would lead for the venom to spread into it's entity. At that meanwhile and after forming the technique, Gamasuki used his toad legs and jumped backward and away from the dome which he was never inside to long range from the foe. The opponent's chakra was drained out with every blow.

Type: Supplementary/Attack
Rank: A
Range: Mid-Long
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: The user creates a dome filled with wind with their chakra.
When your opponent is inside, the wind will blow them around, causing them to hit things. Each time they hit something, you get more chakra. This jutsu is like a chakra monster.

if that technique is the Wind version of the Canon Earth dome technique, it probably wouldn't be fast enough or big enough to capture both Jellicent and the venom jellyfish, since they were flying in different directions, but lets just go with what you described.

_______________________________________

Fall back, Jellicent!

Consuella screams, as the wind dome appears around Jellicent and the venom box.Opening it's tentacles, Jellicent arrests its momentum, mimicked by the venom, and, falls back to the center, propelling itself backwards, moving away from the center, joinign up with the venom as the dome fully forms and starts pushing them both.

Use the Clap and the Drill!

In a swirl Jellicent puts it's tentacles over it's floater, as the venom twists around it. The power of the venom, both being A rank, is enough to keep it at bay. But, in a blink of an eye, both start spinning around, Jellicent's tentacles gaining a saw-like appearance with wind running through it. It charges right through the dome, an A rank venom technique combining with a A rank-like wind drill, that easily pierces through the side of the dome, straight towards your summon, as it tries to jump back, catching it's belly exposed.

( Koukurage Kuchyose no Jutsu: ) Box Jellyfish Summoning Technique: Coatrischie

OMG, I never thought of it from that perspective O.O
I didn't make it myself and was given it's usage back when one can have customs over a VM of "I allow you the usage of ********". Now I'm just confused about it :p

Thank you for proceeding anyway :) I personally won't argue if we want the other way around tho.

Nice job, Gamasuki, you totally cornered it!

A scream of fear emerged from the jellyfish, the thrill of being completely surrounded got it running for her life, such a joyful scene for Gamasuki. Gamasuki stood steadily watched it struggling to flee the dome with an unpleasant sight of the venom overlaying on the surface of its body, the trajectory of the jellyfish strongly suggested the way it's heading, toward him that is. He, with no further ado, concluded his plan; Get afar from the venom and keep it under control. He gathered his wind chakra into his left fist as he preformed a punch aiming at the jellyfish which raced to close up. From the apex of his fist, an immensely strong beam of wind was lunched made of powerful focused gusts. With the momentum of lunching the beam, Gamasuki preformed a delicate jump upward which had a trajectory influenced by the beam sending his entity backward. The beam didn't get enemy the chance to approach Gamasuki and thus couldn't slice him with it's venomous bladed tentacles.

"Your foe is weak, get 'em Gamasuki!"

Rank: S
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Range: Short-long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80 (-15)
Description: The user charges his fist with a large amount of wind chakra. He punches towards the target and releases it as a huge amount of destructive wind compressed into a large beam, blasting it away at a very high speed which makes it tough to block. It is used to punch a hole anything in its path like clouds, mist and, if possible, water waves and rock walls. When this jutsu is used to attack the opponent, it will cause major damage to him like large cuts and it blows him backwards, meaning that it will send him from short to mid, or from mid to long, and may even knock him out cold.

~ damages the user hand by -15 points and causes bleeding.
~can only be used twice per battle.
~This jutsu is owned by Seblax.

As Jellicent pierces through the wind dome, he is met with the wind blast. While the wind is stronger ranked than Jellicent's inherited wind tentacles, it is, at best, equal to the venom drill motion that Jellicent is encased in. Piercing through it instead of being pushed away, the venom and both wind dissipate, blasting backwards, yet Jellicent pushes on, now without the wind tentacles or the venom jellyfish. Yet he kept his moment, drilling towards you as you jump.

Haka.

Consuella says, with a serene voice.

( Kouton: Haki) Box Arts: Haka
Rank: D-S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 10-40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Haka stands as an enhanced form of Killing Intent (Sakki). Works in all manners exactly like it, overpowering one's mind and paralyzing the targets with images of their death and torture, with the exception of one simply thing. Along with the chakra, the user secretes a fast wave of venom in it's gaseous state. This chakra-modified venom focuses solely the secondary effect of Irukandji syndrome, from the venom used by a certain specie of box jellyfishes, which is a sense of impending doom. While the Killing intent is chakra based only, thus easily overpowered by will alone, if the opponents are as strong as the user, Haka creates an added physical and physiological response to it, preventing even targets as strong or stronger than the user to break it by will as easily, having them suffer the same paralysis as if they were 2 ranks bellow.
*The venom wave only reaches Mid-range, thus the Haka continues as normal Killing Intent for longer ranges*
*Human users can't preform this technique, but the strength of Haka is based on the summoner's rank*
*The higher the user, the stronger the technique*
*Haka lowers the Target resistance to Killing Intent by 2 Ranks, even in bios that claim to be fearless*
*Venom produces ONLY the sense of impending doom. It has no Hemolytic of Digestive proprieties, neither does it produces pain*
*The user can control the Haka in order to not affect allies, even in radial uses*
*This technique is basically only a stronger version of Killing Intent (Sakki)*

In a blink of an eye, your summon is met with an overpowering Killing Intent, 2 ranks stronger than my own, Official Sage. You being a Kage, would be 3 official ranks bellow the power of Haka. In that situation, more than a simple hesitation, your summon would be completely paralyzed out of fear. Not that Jellicent would give it much time to think, in the next moment, the drill would follow through, refreshed with another usage of it's Wind Tentacles, piercing through your defenseless summon's belly, giving you the choice to reverse him or letting him die.

( Koukurage Kuchyose no Jutsu: ) Box Jellyfish Summoning Technique: Coatrischie
Twice per battle, they can charge wind jutsu on their tentacles, acquiring a saw-like appearance, equivalent to A rank and will last for 2 turns max each time.

At midair, Gamasuki found himself facing the jellyfish advancing toward him after taking the blow, multiple scratches were distinguishable on it's entity from the beam lunched earlier. The fear of death overwhelmed him.. It was the ill intentions sensed from his enemy mixed with an unknown character Gamasuki couldn't identify. In that second, He had to snap out of it and quickly; The enemy was coming to get him. he tightened his which was severely injured earlier as much as possible, causing him a surge of pain, not strong enough to completely overcome the sensation, but his movement wasn't stunned anymore. Gamasuki started to spew a steam of wind out of his mouth to redirect the trajectory of his flight and get away form his enemy.. However slightly failed; The enemy approached him with its tentacles cut the side of its abdomen. The scenery was unacceptable for Tomoko, she was assured he would like to continue to fight but he must be treated and fast thus she said: "You have done well enough, but you must go back now.. Thank you for putting up the good fight!" As she reversed his summon back.

Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: N/A
Description: This technique allows the user to change direction in mid-air at high speeds by simply blowing wind out their mouth. The user can also use this technique by blowing it at the ground and causing a dust cloud to rise, concealing the users location and movement.
Note: The user must already be airborne to use

Tomoko then thought about it for a second before she decided who to summon next. In respect for her older companion, she summoned the strongest of that contract so nobody could shame him. Tomoko preformed few hand signs before her palm slammed the platform, summoning forth Gamabunta.

Type: Defensive, Supplementary
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short (summoned beneath the user)
Chakra: 40
Damage: N/A
Description:
Gamabunta, literally meaning "Toad Boss", is the boss of the toads of mount Myobokuzan. An enormous summon (about 100 meters high), he carries a large Tanto (simple, square katana) on his back that he wields with great proficiency. He is very found of his smoking pipe and tends to be somewhat harsher than most toads, specially when he's summoned to "troublesome" situations. His sons are Gamakichi and Gamatatsu. Besides his enormous size and his immense strength and proficiency with a tanto, he is also a master of Water release, capable of using water techniques up to S-Rank. His large size and strength renders him immune to all B-Rank and below ninjutsu. A trait he shares with most Toads is the ability to use Oil Techniques, like spitting large amounts of flammable oil to combo with his summoners techniques.
Note: Requires signing the Toad Contract
Note: can only be summoned once

Tomoko: "Greetings, boss-sama! Could you please kick his ass for me?"
Gamabunta: "Eh.. damn it.. I guess I will do it.. But don't push your luck, woman!"

Bunta stood there steadily mid range from the jellyfish who's now airborne with his right hand resting on his Tantō's hilt merging from his back.

Gamabunta: "Entertain me.."

Gamabunta: "Entertain me.."

You're so ugly, big slime. Not even translucent.

Says Jellicent, in a ghostly voice, as the light of the sun passes through it's body and refracts in several tones of purple and pink. It fell back after defeating the first toad, and was now near the ground looking upwards to the massive animal in front of her. But the sun was up high, and it only took a slight shift of the frog's head to completely put Jellicent in the shade, much to his frustration.

Saw Mill to the leg Jellicent!

As Consuella shouted it, Jellicent retained the wind saw tentacles. Then spinning wilding, he launches his tentacles sideways, rotating around like a saw wheel, shooting towards the frog's leg. But, as soon as she charged towards the leg, Consuella shouted.

And shoot Woomera!

And so, with a slightly shift, Jellicent tilted diagonally, as 10 massive spears appear from it's tentacles, which get launched towards the toad's belly as the Jellicent targets the left leg. These spears are actually giant nematocists, each the size of a spear, roughly 2 meters. They're shot upwards, in a sequence, 3 from the first tentacle, then 3, then 2 then 2, yet all almost in unison, following the rotation of Jellicent himself.

( Kouton: Yari ) Box Arts: Woomera
Rank: A
Rank: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: Allows the user to summon several (up to 10) isolated nematocysts, of various sizes (from the tiny pin-sized nemoticysts of normal boxes to the massive spear/staff sized nematocysts of gigantic boxes). These can be wielded like weapons or thrown like projectiles (in the same manner as one throws kunais or shurikens). The user claps his hands and summons the nematocysts in front of him or in his palms, grabbing them to use. The nematocysts have only one autonomy, if the tips are stimulated, the injection mechanism is triggered, sending an infusion of Box venom directly related with the size of the nematocyst, otherwise, they're innanimate.
*charging chakra through the nematocysts while physically wielding them allows them to gain a certain steel-like quality, like a sword or a kunai. Throwing them or loosing physical contact will rever them back to soft organic material*
*triggering mechanism allows only one infusion, aftewards the namotocyst is reverse summoned*
*human summoners are more resistant but not immune to the venom*
*Can only be used once every 2 turns*
*Range pertains to the range of the summoning of the nematocysts and not their throwing, which is the same as the range at which the user can throw a kunai*

So 10 spears with large quantities of Cubozoa venom shoot upwards, towards the toad's stomach, while Jellicent himself shoots towards his left leg.

You ignorant fodder! You shall parish now!

Gamabunta shouted back at the jellyfish he shadowed, he then exhaled the last cloud of smoke as he spit out his pipe and placed it aside, getting ready for the dirty while it completely died off. His hand laying on the tento smoothly raised, wielding it with the blade erecting inferior to his body to the right, his grip was that of an assassin. He then slightly lowered it in a steady manner. After the enemy ordered his summoning, tomoko found herself obligated to react by suggesting a reaction to her summoning who she cannot possibly order and stay alive afterward. The jellyfish advanced toward him.

Bunta, it's better to wall it first!

Bunta reacted swiftly, he kneaded chakra inside of him to generate a large amount of water which he expelled from his mouth as focused torrent which exploded on contact with the floor, creating a large barricade of water right in front of the jellyfish, overwhelming it with its force pushing it upward as it was contained within the strong current, restrained. With the massive wall of water, the spears would be completely blocked off from reaching Gamabunta as it would cover almost his whole entity but fall short at the left of his 4th rib or so.

Rank: S
Type: Defence
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: N/A
Description: A defensive technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into water, and then expelled from the mouth in a dense torrent, effectively creating a near instantaneous barricade that can be used to intercept incoming attacks.

Strike it down!

Tomoko shouted as she was taken by the occurring, she instantly stood in fear afterward from what Gamabunta could react with. Unknown to her, Bunta wasn't even listening, he was plotting his strike of vengeance for the insult directed at him earlier; He swiftly extended his tento upward and to the left as he stroke down to impale Coatrischie with the swords tip which sliced down through him once he crushed into the floor, he was able to locate it within the water using his anticipation skills and the blurry figure that was easily distinguished thanks to him shadowing the water, making it transparent in most parts while over parts reflect the light of the sun and thus are hard to see through.

Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Mid - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: This jutsu involves Gamabunta using his huge dosu (Yakuza sword) to attack his opponent.
Note: Must Know Toad summoning contract.

At that time, the wall waved down and forward, covering a large portion of the battlefield. By then, Bunta was given time to analyze what Tomoko said and looked back at her with a mad expression.

.. Where you ordering me, maggot?
Umm, huh.. I- I'm s- Please forgive me!!
Nope, you will be punished.. But not now, you are lucky we are in this made tournament and I will soon have a stronger opponent to face than that weakling..
[COLOR="#oo66ff"]Um, yes! We do, let's kick ass!

Shut the hell up, it's not like you are moving a muscle here..

As the wall appears, there's nothing Jellicent can do, he's out of time. So, with a prickly and arrogant twirl, it poofs away from Gamabunta's sword, disappearing from the battlefield.

You did good, Jellicent. But now, it's time for someone much stronger!

Consuella, says, as she slaps the ground, a cloud appears in front of her. As it dissipates, nothing happens, nothing is there. Consuella bulges her eyes, as a though creeps into her mind.

Oh no...

She slowly and dramatically looks up, and, right in front of Gamabunta's massive eye, a tiny little chicken is there. It's not even a chicken, it's a parrot in a chicken suit. He's right in Gamabunta's lower eye lid, staring with its idiotic and blank eyes, completely devoid of intelligence.

Please... not Lloyd...

(Oumu Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Lloyd no Chickin ) Parrot Summoning Technique: Lloyd, the Chicken
Rank: D
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Lloyd is a very dum looking parrot that can't fly, because it believes it is in fact a chicken, and thus dresses like one. It dwells among the Altorio parrots, without any apparent purpose, suspiciously looking at everyone, as some say, yet the "chicken" retains the same moronic, intelligent voided looking eyes. No one knows how it got in. It is actually considered to be a failed Parrot Summoning, and once it is summoned, it can appear anywhere on the field. It normally does nothing but standing there looking idiotic. The chicken as some secret agenda, possibly to rule the world.*Created by Luiz*

It suddenly clucks loudly, immediately pecking Gamabunta in the eye. Like he doesn't give a sh*t.

LOL! Best move ever :p
I salute you for it ^_^

Tomoko's jaw dropped as her eyes widened up in surprise of the result of her opponent's summon. Gamabunta sees a white dot in front of his eye and instantly freaked out and furthered his head away from it, obtaining a better vision of a chicken summoned so close to him. He stares Consuella with an expression that screams: The hell you are thinking?!. He then waved his left arm in front of him slamming Lloyd away toward the ground.

Sorry little fella..
O- That was something

As gamabunta swats Lloyd off, it clucks again, in a parrot/chicken version of sh*tting oneself, and while he falls along with the swat, leaving 8 slightly poop-covered eggs on gamabunta's eye. As he falls, instead of flying, Lloyd flaps it's wings, and, very slowly, parachutes it's way down, with the same vacant and blank expression.

Except the eggs weren't just any eggs. They were explosive eggs. After being swatted off, the eggs Lloyd left behind explode at once, point-blank inside Gamabunta's eye.

(Oumu Jutsu: Tamago Matsuri III) Parrot Style: Egg Festival III
Rank: C-A
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15-30
Damage Points: 30-60
Description: This techniques stands as the parrots ability to lay special eggs and let them hit their opponents, these special eggs have explosive upon contact or when the user decides to detonate them. Depending on the size, chakra reservations and overall characteristics of the user, this technique can have lesser or greater damage. A Parrot summoner can create eggs on their hands and then throw them, as if they are projectiles. The smaller parrots will lay 5-8 eggs which have the explosion abilities of a paper bomb. Normal parrots and human summoners have 2-5 eggs of about 5-7 paper bombs power. The larger parrots (laying only 1) would follow the same line, the biggest eggs, from parrots about the size of Gamabunta would explode with the equivalent power of Deidara's C3 bomb.
*The biggest technique is an A ranked egg that has a damage of 60 points. The others are significantly smaller, a normal egg being B rank. The larger eggs cost the same as a B rank technique but cause a little bit more damage, something like 50. The smaller eggs are C ranked.
*Created by Luiz*

C Rank, 8 eggs, each with the explosive power of a paperbomb

Consuella stands at awe, taking a closer look at Lloyd's moronic eyes. And, for a second, she believes she saw something else. Something murderous, like the chicken is going to rule the world as an evil genius. But just for a second, she might be imagining it. Or is she?

As agreed in the VMs, the eggs technique happen just not in Gamabunta's eye lid for he moved his head back to cause the Lloyd to fall before he's able to lay eggs according to the timeframe.

At the sight of his opponent shitting, or so it seemed, Gamabunta felt as if he's fighting a stupid minion so he decided to just contain it and kill it, thus, he preformed the tiger hand sign to then spew an enormous sphere of water directed to contain the Perrot. With the intentions to end his enemy swiftly and press on for a possible stronger one, Gamabunta watched the sphere crush against the floor, filling it with water.

(Suiton: Teppoudama) - Water Release: Gunshot
Rank: B/A-Rank
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20/30
Damage Points: 40/60
Description: The user will do the Tiger handseal and will gather water in his mouth and then spits out either a single very large sphere of rotating water that can blast a huge area leaving it soaked or a series of up to 5 smaller yet faster bullets. The power of the technique depends on how much chakra the user inputs into it.

Are we done with it yet? I am in need of a series threat to fight >.>
It seems to me she used that summoning to exhaust your summoning clock for she know who good you are.
She must be really desperate..

Oh my... please Lloyd... just... go away...

Says Consuella, as the stupid chicken flaps away in the air. As he sees the giant toad make an handseal and swallow up, to spit water, Lloyd comically get's alarmed, clucking loudly, but, almost like he was mocking you, he stops, does what could resemble a sheepish grin, and, then, poofs away, in front of the water globule, dodging it.

Perfect, Lloyd, great advantage, no doubt.

Alright, let's try to pick up the pace. Carlão, I choose you!

With a few handseals, Consuella slams the ground, summoning a massive kea, even though its body is just about half the size of Gamabunta, the wingspan rivals even him. It has a scaley yellow feather patterned belly with splashes orange and sulfur in the inner feathers, with a gigantic sharp beak, black and impressive. The feathers on his head are strangely curly, in beautiful locks.

(Oumu Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Kuchibashi no Oumu ) Parrot Summoning Technique: Bico Parrots
Rank: D-S
Range: N/A
Chakra Cost: 10-40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The Parrot Contract allows the user to summon a variety of different parrots. The Bico Parrots are actually not a species within a Clan, but rather a clan-transversal mutation that some parrots developed. This means that the parrots summoned by this technique can have any size or appearance, but will all have the same skills. Parrots are known for their extraordinarily engineered beak, both in beauty and mechanical strength. The Bico Parrots thus focused their ninjutsu skills on their beaks, allowing them to manipulate them at will. They are able to quickly shoot, at arrow speed, and renew their entire beak, as well as remotely control their flight path and their opening width, through chakra. The beaks can be shot and renewed once per turn ( the new beak appearing right away, but can't be manipulated until the next turn ), and can be manipulated throughout that turn. The strength of a parrot beak, and thus, the strength of the attack, is entirely dependent on size, rather than shape ( as most parrot's beaks are identical ). As such, upon summoning, the user will infuse the adequate amount of chakra to summon bigger or smaller parrots. The average size of an Altorio Parrot, as described in the contract ( Lion - 2 people riding ), is equivalent to the cannon technique ( B rank ). With the D rank starting at roughly 1/9 the standard size, it increases by 3 every rank, up to roughly the size of 9 times the standard, which around half a boss summoning (with rivaling wing-span). Bico Parrots were considered for the Macaw Royal Guard, but were then crossed off because they were more of a pacifist group and prefered to sing, even if lousily. They can use their beaks, claws and swords for Kenjutsu.
When a Bico Parrot is in place, the opponent is able to, through 1 handseal, create a beak on his/her body, and shoot it at arrow speeds, equivalent to a B ranked technique. This requires the user to spend 20 chakra and counts as a move.

*Can only summon 1 Bico Parrot per technique*
*D to A-Rank summons can stay in battle for 4 turns*
*S Rank version can only be summoned once per battle*
*S Rank version can only stay for 3 turns*
*Technique can only be used 3 times per battle, once every 3 turns*

S rank, 40 chakra.

Carlão immediately studies his opponent, and then turns back to Consuella, with his thick Australian/Brazilian accent.

Hey Lilleh doll, want me to sing to your mate?

Not now, Lão. We're fighting.

Him? That's a big guy, eh?

Nah, he's just leaving, We have to prepare. Put all your chakra into this. Use the Carnival, make it huge. And, tuck in your wings, it's suppose to hide you.

With a nod and a smile, Carlão shakes his feathers, and, immediately, a multitude of parrots, of all sorts of shapes and sizes, flies through the air, filling the whole arena. While the average sized parrot is around the sixe of a lion, a few are bigger, and a few are smaller, creating an almost thick barrage of bodies and feathers, mostly yellow and orange like Carlão himself, making him almost impossible to spot. After Gamabunta disappears, the next summon would be materialized inside the chaos, unable to see where anyone is.

And, of course, truly to Carlão's fashion, all the bird are singing and dancing

(Oumu no Jutsu: Rio no Shanikusai) Parrot Style: Rio’s Carnival

Range: Short-Long

Damage Points: 30
Description: Multiple parrots from a multitude of colours, shapes and sizes burst out of the users’s body, hitting a opponents with a barrage of beak slams and claw scratches, and provide a great distraction for the user to flee or attack, amidst the flying birds. The technique works similarly to the Murder of Crows Confusion. The amount of birds that appear depend on the chakra the user puts into the technique, when no longer needed, the parrots disperse. In parties, the user can make the parrots dance Samba.

(Oumu no Jutsu: Hane Shuriken) Parrot Style: Throwing Feathers
Rank: C
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: This techniques stands as the parrots ability to shoot their wing's feathers towards their opponents, as sharp thrown projectiles. Depending on the size, chakra reservations and overall characteristic of the feathers, this technique can have lesser or greater damage. A Parrot summoner can create feathers on their hands and then throw them, as if they are kunais, for they acquire steel-like properties during the duration of the throw, or charge them with chakra for greater effects. The smaller parrots have feathers that pack the same damage as shaving razors. Normal parrots and human summoners have feathers from the size of small daggers, and pack the same damage. The larger feathers would have a size and damage ability equivalent to Zabuza's sword.

(Doujutsu: Sharingan) Eye Technique: Copy Wheel Eye
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30 (-10 per turn to keep active)
Damage: N/A
Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.

Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.

I have been misspelling many words quite frequently.. I have no reasoning for that but my lack of concentrations and for that I apologize.

A new summon appear, this time, it seems like respectable parrot. Tomoko was preparing to recommend a strategy for Bunta when he realized he was about to be reversed summon, so he looked back at Tomoko and said:
Seems like I'm taking my leave now.. I guess I would let you live for now.. We need to win this, after all.. The pride of our clan lays in your hand..
Leaving already?! Oh well.. Thanks but I think I will partner with a vulture next. This guy seems to be all about arial battles, a toad won't do, no offense.
Not only have you insulted my clan's abilities but you didn't even humor the fact that I didn't punish you?! WHY YOU LI-

Bunta yelled at Tomoko as he raised his tento toward her only to be reversed summoned before he was to approach her. She then took out her large fan, dark metal sides and sky blue fabric in between appeared as she unfolded it completely. She then summoned the Legendary Zapdos, yellow spiky feathers covered his body and face which supported an angry bird impression.
Zapdos, I choose you!!
Let me guess, "Your foe is weak, get 'em!"? Yeah.. I guess I will..

Rank: S
Type: Summon
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: N/a
Description: Zapdos is a giant vulture, of 1/4 the size of Gamabunda. He is a Raiton master, and can use raiton up to S-rank but without any hand seals. He is yellow in color, and his plumage is constantly disarranged. To summon him, the user will put his blood on the contract fan, perform the needed hand seals and swing the fan in the air above him. Zapdos will appear right above the user, already flying. He can speak in human tongue as well.
-Can only be summoned once per battle
-Must be Kage rank or higher to summon him, or one won't earn his respect, and he will fly away
-Stays for 4 turns

At the point Zapdos was summoned in midair, the opponent summon would generate a multitude of parrots in a various sizes and ain't no body got time for dat. Thus the legendary summoning use his mastery over lightning and discharge an extremely large and strong thunderstorm. one of such caliber it would barely miss Tomoko and Consuella(I think it would in normal conditions but this is supposed to be a summoning versus summoning battle so no damaging either of us). All parrots generated and the opponent himself would be hit by the lightning and each would be electrocuted and disappear leaving the original to fall down to the ground with it's body numbed. Zapdos would raise to close in to his opponent and keep him at mid range once located.

Type:attack
Rank: S
Range : Short-long(area of effect 50 metres)
Chakra:50
Damage:50 a turn(lasts 3 turns)
instant kill to anybody who is in it for 3 turns
Description:the user creates an extremely powerful electrical storm which contains millions of high voltage lightning bolts that don't have a particularly strong "punch" to them unlike jutsu like kirin, but these lightning bolts go into the opponents bodies and begins overloading their nerve system's, instantly killing them if they remain in the storm for 3 turns. anybody who is in it can only use 2 jutsu a turn.
Note: this effects EVERYONE who is in the storm including the user
the user can only use this once a battle.

The Zapdos stop nourishing the thunderstorm once the goal of it was secured; That being to find the enemy, eliminate distraction and damage it. Of course, Zapdos was to be just as damaged as the enemy except that right after preforming the technique, he used another just to cloak himself from the thunderstorm he made earlier and to attack the enemy once located afterward.

Rank: A
Type: Offense
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user forms a whirling vortex of electricity around themselves. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will grow to then shoot forward and cover the area in front of them. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

I bet you won't switch me out
Of course not, you are a golden star!!
Don't get carried away, we are only halfway through..

As soon as you summon the bird, I touch the feather Carlão threw at me, and transfer a signal to him. It's almost instant, since I was already touching the feather.

( Oumu no Jutsu: Shorei ) Parrot Style: Message
Type: Supplementary
Rank: D
Range: Short (on summoning the feather)/Long (on transmission)
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Similar to a summoning technique, this allows the user to summon and vanish a feather from any parrot in Altorio. The feather will be attached to it's owner by chakra, allowing the user to charge chakra through the feather that will be felt by the owner, and the other way around as long as the feather is in the user's possession. Through a common understanding, the different intensities of the chakra information or frequency of information allows messages to be sent through any distance.
*With this I claim rights to the idea behind this technique, reserving to myself the permission for other Bird Summoning Contracts to create their version of Message. Rights for hair (Mammal Contracts) and Scales (Reptile and Piscis Contracts). If other users find a different part to use, I claim no rights as I can't think of them by myself*
*It transfers just a signal, a small fluctuation. It is neither able to break someone from a genjutsu or block an attack like Minato's technique. It's like morse code. It's purpose is the same as morse code, being a form of primitive communication.*
*Created by Luiz

As he was already waiting for my message, he immediately shoots his beak, like an arrow, towards my signal, hitting your bird in the torso, preventing his usage of the technique, interrupting him mid-speech. The beak would impale your summon, reversing him with heavy damage.

(Oumu Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Kuchibashi no Oumu ) Parrot Summoning Technique: Bico Parrots

S Rank, 80 damage

At best, the beak would catch your pokemon as the lightning is materializing, and he's focusing on you, trying to speak with you over the noise of the birds, since it would hit right after the bird is summoned. But if that is the case, the jutsu would be ineffective and incomplete, and you would be unable to defend from the beak. If you don't use the lightning, maybe you can try something.
The birds around the beak would wave around, parting like mist, concealing the beak until the very last second, giving you nearly no time to react.

Well, originally I thought you broke the timeframe here as discussed, what I thought was that my storm would have occurred before you will be able to use the beak because I used it before the feather technique. Nevertheless, we have came to the agreement that I will go your way because the argument was quite bothersome on both ends.

With it's keen eyes and among the annoying parrots, Zapdos identify a spear like object lunched at him and closen by, so he swing his lower body forward while focusing his lightning chakra into his right claw which he made in range of the beak estimated targeted spot and once it got at close range a Chidori would be roaring from it. The strong coat of lightning the Chidori achieved would cut into the tip of the beak which the claw hold tightly into.

Rank: A
Type: Offense
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they will then focus lightning chakra into their hand to create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name, and allows the user to perform high grade cutting damage or high penetration piercing thrusts.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.
Note: Uchiha Sasuke and Kakashi Hatake bios can use the technique without handseals

Once held and slightly identified, Zapdos second his first technique right afterward by generating an electrical current throughout the beak approaching the enemy to electrify him. The nagashi will act swiftly throughout the enemy's body and thus cause it to be reversed summoned away and the proof of that would be the parrots and feather vanishing. Note that all of those techniques were used without any hand sign thanks to Zapdos mastery of the lightning element.

Rank: A
Type: Offense/Defence
Range: Short (Mid if channeled through a medium)
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A (+10 if used to boost weapon damage)
Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessfull but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

It's a projectile, my parrot's beak is not attached to the body. It's also S rank, making your counter insufficient. But hey, scratch my back, I scratch yours.

____________________________________________________

As soon zapdos stops the beak in it's place all the chaotic parrots poof, as per my signal transmitted to Carlão, leaving behind a mesh of feathers all around, uncountable and infinite. In the very same moment, they all explode, point-blank, each feather with the power of a paperbomb.

(Oumu Jutsu: Hare Bakudan) Parrot Style: Explosive Feathers
Rank: C
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: After throwing the feathers, the user can make them explode with one handseal, which can be done with one hand only, the size of the explosion being proportional to the size of the feathers. A normal sized feathers, such as those thrown by normal sized parrots or human summoners are of the same power as a paper bomb.
