[Pókemon II] Round 1 - Vēx vs Lili-Chwan

Battle Rules:

1. All fight is done through the Summons.

1.1 The user is required to guide their summons, if needed, through whichever communication link they have ( voice commands, telepathy, etc )

2. The user is able to use both contracts in battle.

3. Only 1 summon can be in play at any given time.

3.1 If a single summon technique calls more than 1 animal, then only 1 of them will appear.

4. All summoning time restrictions are void, and new restrictions are instated

4.1 The upper time limit that a summon can stay in battle is 4 turns.

4.2 Each individual summon can only be used once per battle.

4.3 Techniques that summon more than 1 animal can be used more than 1 time, as long as they summon a different individual.

5. The user can summon up to 6 animals in battle.

5.1 The battle is won once all 6 of the opponent's team are defeated.

6. Techniques that overpower or neutralize summoning techniques can only be used once, regardless of having more than one of those techniques.

7. Canon and Custom Contracts can be used.

8. In shared contracts:

8.1 The same animal can only be in battle once at a given time.

8.2 Loyalty will be given to the current summoner, despite hierarchic rank ( contract creator, signer, etc )

The deadline for each reply is 2 days. Going past the deadline is considered a "Stun" where the previous attacks will follow through un-defended and the person is able to launch a second row of attacks (which will aim towards the next pokemon the player throws. 2 consecutive stuns is a disqualification.

Each match will last a week ( 7 days ).

Consuela climbs the steps to the arena, where her opponent is already in position, apparently singing a very interesting and exciting song. But her eyes were filled with determination, she will be the very best, and she will be one like no one ever was. because catching them was her real test, and training, that was her call. She had traveled across the land, searching far and also searching wide, the summonings, to understand, of course, the powers that's inside.

I summon you, Rafael!

( Oumou Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Rafael) Parrot Summoning Jutsus: Rafael

Description: The user is able to summon Rafael, one of the only two masters of the Samurai Arts among the Parrots of Altorio. Rafael is an Altorio average sized white cockatoo with a green mohawk (thus significantly larger than Nico). He is relatively stronger than his fellow master,wields 2 katanas and wears a typical samurai armor of brown color.
Rafael possesses the ability to manifest it's chakra into a solid state, using it to enhance it's chakra weapons. The technique is similar to Samurai Sabre Technique (which can be used in ranged form up to mid-range) and allows Raphael to mimic Samurai jutsus, using this power instead of the SS Technique. Raphael's chakra has a hotter feel to it, melting the flesh of his enemies, purely psychological.
Both Nico and Rafael do not call themselves Samurai Masters, for they are the self proclaimed Karaoke masters. Though everyone in Altorio begs to differ, they just don't tell them in their faces.
*each can only be summoned once, for a maximum of 5 turns, after vanishing, they cant be summoned again. Summoning both will count as two jutsus*

Minato watches as his opponent comes into focus, she has a look in here eye....is it rage? No, it's a bright willpower and determination that few truly possess. This match would be truly exciting, and fun. Minato sees the woman summon a type of bird appearing to be a parrot...the bird carries two swords, meaning that it will probably be suited for close quarters combat. Minato recognizes and sees this very quickly. The bird starts cawing at him in Portuguese, but Minato wouldn't understand it. He would continue to listen but would place it in the back of his mind, although still making sure to pay some attention to the bird's cawing.

Without further ado, Minato summons Gamahiro above the bird. Gama draws both swords, the instant he is summoned and falls towards Rafael. As Gama falls, he points his left sword downwards, aiming to cut Rafael before crushing him. Rafael and the woman who summoned him would most likely be surprised at the nature of his summoning. Gama and Minato both remain vigilant, watching the bird and her mistress as he is summoned.

"I chooooose yoouuu Gamahiro!!!! Draw your swords and take a stab at that bird, but keep alert for a counter attack!"

Although little is known of his personality, as he isn't too keen to speaking, he embodies the true essence of a warrior. As the clouds poof to reveal a large frog with dual katana right above the significantly smaller bird. Consuela quickly shouts

RAFAEL, USE WHIRLWIND!

But it was irrelevant, not only was Rafael already acting on his own, his mastery of his own body and kenjutsu kicking in, but also because he had no such thing as a whirlwind attack, Consuela was just spouting nonsense. Using his left wing, Rafael quickly grabs a hold of one of his katana, and launches an upwards slice, with magnificent speed, empowered by a burst of solid chakra, that severs a hot crescent towards the falling frog.

(Iaidō) - Art of Quick Draw and re-sheathing the sword

Description: Iaidō is a form of kenjutsu where the user quick draws the blade extremely fast to strike, then re-sheathing it. This method prevents enemies from using hand seals, thus preventing them from using Ninjutsu making it highly effective against enemy ninja. General Mifune of the Land of Iron is a master of this style, making him highly effective against even ninja of caliber of Sasuke Uchiha and Hanzō the Salamander. (The speed of the technique is equivilant to that of the rank of the user)

While, simultaneously, using his right wing to push the air in a huge burst, pushing himself backwards away from the frog, the crescent working to both injure and deflect the frog sideways, and the burst to fly backwards.

Description: This technique is unique to samurai, which employs the concept of chakra flow techniques similar to the flying sparrow and Kusanagi: Chidori katana. Through the use of chakra flow the user channels their chakra through their swords his extends the reach and the cutting ability of the blade, and also allows the user to fire crescents of chakra whenever the blade is swung. This released chakra is capable of great destruction as shown from how it destroyed a stone pillar. The samurai have also shown the ability to use shape transformation, as they can form their chakra blades into giant buzz saws, broad swords, spiked shafts, and axes. This ability allows them to rely on smaller swords while retaining greater reach, damage, and surprise attacks as needed.(The technique is capable of countering Ninjutsu of A rank and below due to the chakra charge technique).

As Gamahiro falls towards Rafael, he sees the incoming attack aimed towards him. Instinctively, Gamahiro shrinks in size. He shrinks to about the size of a small toad, easily avoiding the slash attack, and as he does he sees Rafael attempt to change direction, so he would at the same time release a bullet of oil, aiming it at where Rafael will[ appear, not at where he is now. The oil would not be any way weakened because of his small size. If the oil happen s to hit Rafael, then it would trap and ensnare him, making it almost impossible to move, or flap his wings. As this happens, Gama would land on the ground reverting to his normal size.

As Consuela sees the toad shrinking, she immediately shrieks

Rafael, use Lili's Carnival!

Rafael looks back at Consuela and begins to protest, but immediately nods, spinning mid air, picks up a sword with his right foot, to release a lower ranked blast of chakra, vertically, before arresting his momentum swiftly with a flap of both wings. As he does so, a multitude of different parrots burst outwards, following the red crescent of chakra. The projectile of oil burst with the blunt chakra, and is overpowered, spreading the oil back towards the minimized toad, before the parrots arrive in a flock of loose feathers, pecks, scratches and actual full body thrusts, to bully the frog into submission and reverse summoning him.

The technique works similarly to the Murder of Crows Confusion. The amount of birds that appear depend on the chakra the user puts into the technique, when no longer needed, the parrots disperse. In parties, the user can make the parrots dance Samba.

(Doujutsu: Sharingan) Eye Technique: Copy Wheel Eye

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.

Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.

The Hypnosis link was swift, from Isabella's three-tomoed Sharingan, shining through Consuela, and Rafael would now require no voice commands, he would behave exactly as Isabella wanted.

He would hear Minato's roar, and deliver a powerful upwards kick with his right leg, and release a powerful dragon from the force of his kick. It would easily break past the slicing wave, parrots, and oil before continuing towards Rafael only slightly weakened.

"Gama they've reversed it! Quick use Leaf Dragon God!"

Forming into a dragon with long whiskers, it attacks the target aiming to swallow them, at which point they are cut by the razor sharp air currents inside the attack. After initiating the attack, the user appears to remain shielded within the base of the tornado as the outward surface of the dragon seems to be solid enough for a person to impact and rebound off of, making the only way to enter the technique once it has been initiated is by being swallowed. However, there is one distinct weakness to the technique. Since the Dragon God's real form (and what it basically is) is that of an ordinary tornado, though cosmetically shaped into a dragon, its attack power is based on rotation. If one enters the attack's centre (Dragon's Eye) while rotating at high speed, such as Lee's One-Man Front Lotus, it can be dispersed without inflicting damage. The technique, while seemingly similar to Wind Release, is actually just the users own physical power (through the use of the spinning kick) shaping the air into currents through movement. It is, however, enough to fight off elemental ninjutsu of the same rank and below.
Note: Can only be used by Taijutsu Specialists and EIG users

As the toad kicks the crimson wave and the oil and the parrots, everything happens in a sudden. All the parrots poof away, leaving behind a multitude of feathers. With a single handseal, almost simultaneously as parrots poof, Raphael explodes all of the feathers at once, each with the power of a paper tag. After the toad kicks everything, everything explodes, point blank, the oil igniting and blasting the toad.

(Oumu Jutsu: Hare Bakudan) Parrot Style: Explosive Feathers

Description: After throwing the feathers, the user can make them explode with one handseal, which can be done with one hand only, the size of the explosion being proportional to the size of the feathers. A normal sized feathers, such as those thrown by normal sized parrots or human summoners are of the same power as a paper bomb.

Despite the toad's massive size, and it's ninjutsu immunity, the explosions and the oil would be beyond that, especially at point blank, making the toad reverse summon himself.
