Madara is not overrated. yes he was stronger than Tobirama. Madara was never over hyped. Everything we know now about madara was the same thing we knew then just now we have more details. we already knew he was powerful. we already knew only the first hokage could beat him. we already knew that he tamed kyuubi and tried to use it against the leaf. ...everything about that fight as far as the outcome was already known. madara is not overrated he is rather over powered. but so is hashirama so thats why Hashi made madara look overrated.
