It's safe to assume Sasuke is on par with Kaguya from dimensional shifting and based on foreshadowing that he surpassed MAdara. Discuss.

Except Kaguya can spam dimensions, Sasuke had to deactivate his dojutsu cause it drained him so badly from opening one of them.

They're not on the same level dude. And also Kaguya is immortal and Sasuke can't seal her

Kaguya can't spam dimension shifting and no Sasuke opened one and can use Susanoo perfectly. He can do it more than once before it drains him.

Kinshki is not at Kaguyas level? scan of that? Besides the description is only based on the trailer. Sasuke will probably beat him later on. If Sasuke actually landed blows on Kaguya during their fight, I'd probably say he was that strong. As it stands, she's way too powerful for him by himself.

I could've sworn there was a scan where Orochimaru said Sasuke had eyes that could surpass Madara's, though about that(scan in OP) Sasuke did surpass Madara EMS, now it would not make sense to assume Oro was talking about JJ Madara or any further then EMS since there was no way he could've known about that.(Madara's plans)

Now it's safe to say that he can use it more then once(at a time) because he didn't show any exhaustion after taking them to Shin, pulled out a susanoo arm casually also fought easily also prolly took them back as well but it's not on par with Kaguya simply because he lacks her chakra reserves. MAdara was edo with dual rinnegan at that point so I'm sure he was referring to that Madara. Besides that I think you are undermining Oros intelligence. I'm sure he knew what Madara was planning on doing, hell it was his plan all along when Obito posed as him in the Kage summit.

Sasukes chakra control can possibly make up for KAguyas mass reserves. She hardly used her power efficiently.
