Kaguya had 2 abilities.One is to drag everyone in her Dimension in a mere second.While the other ability is to teleport between Dimensions by using Portals.

Sasuke has the latter ability.He can only able to open a portal in Kaguya's Dimension.He cant drag everyone with him into other dimensions.

Although Orochimaru was referring to EMS madara not juubi jin madara as Infact Orochimaru didnt even see JJ Madara.

Kaguya also stomped Sasuke head-on. He literally only touched her when she was sealed. And for all we know, Kaguya could be stronger than Momoshiki. Just because she was afraid doesn't mean anything. She was scared of Hagoromo and Hamura, but Hagoromo said that she was stronger than everyone.

Kaguya wasn't able to drag sasuke alone to another dimension because its not her ability.She can drag everyone within a specific Radius with her own self to another dimension.That ability is known as Shifting ability.She cant choose to drag certain people within the same radius to other dimensions.That's the reason, Kakashi,Sakura and Obito was also teleported to lava dimension when kaguya was not even trying to drag them there.

Kaguya teleported Sasuke alone to desert dimension by using her Portal ability

Kaguya can teleport her self only to other dimensions by using Portals otherwise her dragging ability takes everyone along with her to other dimensions.

Kaguya just dragged everyone in her Ice Dimension by using shift ability.
