Lol is Someone actually trying to wank Amaterasu, the lamest jutsu in the NV? You keep using the word "incinerate" but Amaterasu has failed to kill anyone in the manga.

And BTW you got it backwards, the Sand is blocking Amaterasu here.
As as you can see by the sand not turning into glass, Amaterasu/enton isn't that hot at all.

You can't say it incinerates people when it hasn't killed anyone and has only been used as a minor inconvenience to people.

Gaara's Sand isn't attack Sasuke, Sasuke was attack Gaara, and Susanoo is the only reason Sasuke survived his fight with Raikage, not Enton.

When he used it against the Raikage he was almost killed, only managed to escape due to Gaara. Then when he used it agaisnt Naruto it blew off his own arm too.

Raikage chose to cut his arm off, did it look like it "incinerated" him?

And so did Sasuke. If it was so powerful wouldn't it have incinerated Naruto's Rasengan (being wind is weak to fire to begin with) and left Sasuke's arm intact? It's a powerful jutsu to be sure. Top tier even.....but not the strongest.

"Chidori" + Amaterasu. Amaterasu alone didn't do jack shit to base naruto. If i remember correctly, amaterasu was hyped to be instant. This is a boring debate to continue :yawn:

All i did was specifically show Naruto lost an arm due to it...which he did. Sasuke lost an arm from Naruto's Rasengan.

Amaterasu spawn has only been approached defensively. No one can offensively tackle this jutsu with another elemental jutsu because it's deadly and powerful. Amaterasu saps NE so some NE related attacks can be rendered useless.

Didn't Sasuke say he can't maintain his eye powers completely. Yet Ama depleted the rest of bijuu chakra. Enton would have killed NAruto, the same way Raikage chopped off his arm.
