Makes sense as I didn't really factor PS as it was EMS Madara's full power and should logically be Sasuke's as well (Excluding Rikuodu)Mode. Though I'm guessing he should be able to do so in this mode.

Do you mean make his PS intangible? I don't think so or he'd have done so against Kaguya's Bones rather than just himself. The only thing was his PS Shurikens which isn't convincing enough that Kakashi can actually factor Kamui to his entire PS.
