Kamui with PBS"s sword will almost OP as totuska sword and lightining chain with kamui will not be blocked by susano. Cacuse the blocked part will be gone in kamui dimensio.

There is difference between data book hype and data book describing the working mechanism for jutsus ,
Even without the databook part ,kakashi already put kamui power in Susan shrukens so he surly can put it in PS sword
