Outside of oonoki all of the Kages balance out in power

Oonoki is on another level compared to the other Kages. He's got unparalleled ofensive attacks and a great deffence to go along with that, but the other Kages are not built in that mold. For of the Kages either they have great attack power or D. They are not the total package like oonoki, so I say that they cannot be easily ranked just because of your opinion towards them, so I'd say in most situations, if two kage entered battle , then they would both die like the second mizukage and tuscikage.

nah onooki looking like a star now cause tsunade keep healing him, if onoki were to face raikage solo, raikage would rape him, no doubt he is usefull cause he can make things heavy and soft but thats about it, he is still the strongest kage though dont get me wrong but dont try to make him sound op, cause he is not, after he uses that particle style like 3 times he pretty much useless so anyone with speed he will no beat

Disagree A has great attack and ok defense

Gaara has both great attack and great defense the best part is he can do both at same time to me he's a mini onooki without dust release he can fly use earth base (even thou his affanity is wind)

Mei has neither great attack or defense she has unique abilities thou..

Tsunade generally all she really has is great attack but If she needs to she can unseal witch provides excellent defense for phyical attacks

I mean onooki is clearly the strongest but look how long he's been living id say gaara isn't far behind him and he's only 16
Tsuande a lot below onooki but only because tht would b bad match for her if they fight

A cant touch onooki in air .. Thts what kills him against opponents like gaara or onooki

im gonna disagree oonoki might be from old times and have the particle jutsu, able to fly and is a touta genkai shinobi but his old man, he needs to keep worrying about his back and he has been nearly taken out several times in the fight against madara...

so sorry , but oonoki is just the same as the other kages no different

I would say in terms of power, intelligence, and defense, Oonoki, Gaara, and Tsundae all share these fighting strengths.

Now I know some might not see Gaara as someone that fits in this category, but he is infact extremely intelligent, not to mention has incredible power via his sand Jutsus, and of course literally has the ultimate defense.

Tsunade, well her newly shown power speaks for itself. The Jutsu makes her practically invincible, so I put her defense way up there for sure. We all know she has immense strength and power, not to mention she's extremely intelligent thanks to all the experience she possesses from fighting in previous wars, etc.

Oonoki is a power house! Possessing three different elements, which includes earth, this seems to be a naturally defensive element. Dust release IMO is one of the strongest Ninjutsu we've seen to date .

Mei, and the A don't seem to fit these categories as much, but they do hold there own and carry there weight.

I know but jinton is unguardable u either dodge it or absorb it I mean gaara defense is the best we've seen in this series u can Argue Susanno but tbh I'd rather have gaara abilities and besides Susanno makes u big target

Nobody has shown the ability to attack defend and prepare more stock of both in this series but gaara (what I mean by preparing more stock creating more of it how gaara creates more sand while attacking and defending)

Onooki has better attack but gaara has better defense while onooki attack is great he needs time intervals between dust releases and if gaara does what he did to kimmi onooki will b in trouble not saying gaara would win
But he has better chance then the other kages cuz he can match onooki in air and can attack and defend at same time
