Yeah, and to mention, heat energy is also different compared to kinetical energy formed by bombs and energy blasts, I'm sure it can bypass most their durability, since it's two different things. mostly, it ignores conventional durability and can cause much more damage compared to kinetical energy. Seeing how goku in the namek saga who could take on island busting attacks like it was nothing was afraid from being soaked in lava.

Well the low end was used for feats, which was in the single digit terratons range (still above isalnd level+) high end based on his claim, which was 200 terattons. Not trying to get in a debate, I'm just saying he's been upgraded recently, from his city level position to small country level.
