Hashirama heals without weaving signs. Kyuubi's chakra would wear out too fast due to his chakra at full blast with kyuubi cloak. Hashirama wouldn't win, but his healing abilities would be a big help.

and who says naruto does not heal, even without cloak he heals, remember when sasuke passed a chidori through him, he instantly regenerated, and besides kyuubi cloak does not wear out easily, it has only ran out twice, because naruto gave the whole shinobi alliance chakra twice, yet he was still able to enter BSM , even when god tree absorbed his chakra, what else do you want to say ?
