There was nothing wrong with Obito's eyesight. If you refer back to when he wore the goggles, he was protecting his eyes from dust and other illogical reasons. He also applied eye-drops to clear his eyes when something got into them. I explained this in a thread before if you want to see it.

4th. she will have to go through years of training under tsunade or sakura to awaken that seal when she's older. just to still be considered fodder in front of her team mate boruto who by that time will probably be spamming rasenshirunken with FTG.
