I understand that you hafta be trainned to use a sword but do you also hafta be trainned to use a Hammer, an Axe, or ne other specialty weapon???
I was thinking about base my next bio on Vega from Street Fighter

Bt what if I use my Vega bio and i have a jutsu that makes use of the calw? So what ur saying is I cant???
What's the use of having them if I cant use them...U_U
