Now we finally have the way that Sasuke will obtain the First Hokage's DNA and achieve the Rinnegan in such a short amount of time.

We all know Oro has already done this before with Yamato and whatever is in that scroll was the ultimate result of his research.

Suigetsu found this in the scroll and quickly thought of taking it to Sasuke though I don't he understands the consequences.

Fate is already guiding this information to Sasuke, so haters beware he's got another BIG power up coming...

Don't forget that oro was the one who made danzo's arm, this is likely the way sasuke would have to get it. The same technique allowed tobi and madara to obtain hash DNA. Yamato is different, he doesn't just have hash DNA attached to him it has become entwined within his own DNA.

The scroll is not about how to get the rinnegan, it is something that can be used by sasuke during this war.

Nah you don't know whats in the scroll.

I will tell you whats in the scroll; it describes the way to undo reaper seal. Orochimaru lost his hands to 3rd, he wanted to get them back so he made a lot of research about it, found the answer and was collecting ingredients for the jutsu. Then he changed his mind and decided to possess sasuke's body and hid the scrolls inside a wall for possible later use. Now that it is found, Sasuke / Tobi can unseal the 9 tails Yin chakra to re-create 10 tails.

There you have your answer

Personally I think that the reason Madara died shortly AFTER obtaining the rinnegan is because the rinnegan itself is the reason he died. It's like...gaining knowledge of everything at once and everything the sage knew, would overpower your body and kill you. I don't know, it's just weird the only person who has ever awoken it by himself died like right after, and if his edo tensei body is anything to go by, he wasn't like 3rd hokage old yet either. (yes i know kabuto made him better but i dont know if he couldve made him look younger). I think that's the reason why he gave them to nagato, so nagato could revive him and then madara could steal the eyes back and not...be dead.

Also, it doesn't say anywhere you NEED senju dna to unlock it...but it would kind of make sense. the sage is the one who had them, and he was basically uchiha and senju combined...so i would assume to awaken it you would need both bloodlines together again.

yes there are holes in what i am saying but whatever, just a thought.

Oro was a smartass he knew an lot! also the secrets of rinnegan and sharingan he was well prepaired and yes he also got firsts HK DNA because he already created a clon with the firsts DNA!

Dont worry orochimaru will either take over kabuto during itachi fight or kabuto will transfer his mind into edo madara. We will see oro again!

I think the scroll has somethong different like I dunno forbidden techniques of the sharingan, how or make a meteor fall from the sky... how to make clones that turn into ravens that can attack (which ironically no one else can do)

i can't see sasuke using rinnegan, if tobi even say something like use shodaime cells sasuke might simply kill him. firstly it isn't sasuke style second sasuke is an uchiha and doing all for sake of his surname.. rinnegan is not uchiha power and most biggest point many seem to forgot to do something like that sasuke would need to feel he isn't strong enough, and we havent seen anything about power of ems yet. so smart one's put rinnegan theory on hold

I do remember that manga having a poor translation to it, but it was implied that whatever it was (a jutsu I'm guessing) will enable control over the war.

I don't think it's very likely it would just be something that leads Sasuke to acquire the rinnegan. As there's currently already a rinnegan beast (edo-Madara) on a whole other level in the war and he is basically as powered-up as powered-up can be, and that definitely hasn't lead to control over the war albeit he is keeping the kage's busy.

So in short, I don't think it would be an individual-used jutsu but rather something that can manipulate the war on a whole. To give an example of a jutsu that is capable of this, would be Tobi's moon-eye plan.

I'm sorry but I very much doubt the scroll will contain information about hashirama's cells, rinnegan so6p etc. Does anyone honestly believe suigestu would know anything about that - unless of course he somehow found out about it during orochimaru's experimentations or sumthing.

Also, I think the scroll has something that suigetsu can use against sasuke, judging from his reaction. His reaction was kinda like - "ooo sasuke is in for a big suprise", and not a good one!
