I think Sasuke will go back to the massacre the same way Itachi took him back to Shisui's death. Seeing as Orochimaru never got a Sharingan(I don't think), he would not be able to do the same thing as Itachi. I think they will be able to move freely but nothing will be able to see them, kind of like ghosts. If they literally time traveled that would just kill Naruto for me...
