jus as we don't kno how Oro learn the 2nd hokage Edo Tensei,i think we'll be supprised....
Oro was looking for a way to regain control of his arms ofter his ordeal with the 3rd hokage...this leads me to my theary..
i think Oro found out the secrets of the Death God seal,and that is wat i think is on the scroll that Sasuke now has in his possession..
the title of the last chapter is (The Third Power)..sasuke says he want to talk to the one that kno's everything,then he was thinkin of his clan and the village
the only one that kno's everything from around that time is the 3rd hokage..he ordered the elders to keep things a secret
i think sasuke is going to let Oro out of the seal that itachi put him in,and sasuke say there's something he want Oro to do for him,i think Oro kno's the secret to bringing ppl back from the death God Seal,and sasuke want him to bring back the 3rd so they can talk and he get to everything...that's y they say with that they can take control of the war,because if U can bring ppl back from the Death God,Only Bad Asses is in there

..it's jus makes sense now that madara is here for gud,that kishi wud want to sho wat the 1st cud really do,and also if the series is coming to an end,he sho wat the shinobi's of the past can do by means of edo tensei...so best for last wud be tho's guys in the death god belly...and who better to be the one to release them,Sasuke brings Oro out of the seal then either use Izunami on him r jus order him to release them..but i think he want to talk to the third hokage,only the 3rd can truly explain Itachi's love for the village to sasuke
