I doubt O'maru will revive the hokage in the war as he said he has no interest in war. Maybe he will do it later after some years. And if they are edo i think minato will be strongest cause he is jinchuriki now.

I forgot minito sealed part of the 9 tails with him it wold be interesting to see him fight naruto now

Orochimaru took his DNA from Kabuto which has been hinted to be important in the summoning process of Impure World Resurrection. This leaves Kabuto without that option and means Kabuto will have to defeat Orochimaru with his own power. A possibility is that Orochimaru's priority is to take his arms back, AND transfer the Hokage souls into his own Impure World Resurrections. This is why Suigetsu said that they can control the war with this Jutsu...Having the four Hokages is probably stronger than all of Kabuto's previous army, especially if Orochimaru gives them upgrades like they did with Madara.

Another thing I though was that Kishimoto left the possibility of Jiraiya coming back from his DNA still being intact on Nagato's weapons. Orochimaru might lead Sasuke back to Tobi's hideout and snatch the DNA samples of Shisui and J-man on the way there.Then we get to see J-man Vs Naruto too.

Orochimaru never had a proper death. Pulling a sealing sword out of your ass, the perfect counter to Orochimaru is a pretty cheap way to go. Especially since Orochimaru did not know Itachi had it in his arsenal. Of course Orochimaru deserves a proper final appearance.

The way Kishimoto said that Orochimaru embodies his vision of pure evil makes me think he might be the last villain. He's foreshadowing by having Sasuke say, "You underestimate Orochimaru far too much..."

Anyways, of the Totsuka seal was broken, so can the Reaper Death Seal.

I know there are some similar threads on this but they are all doing such a bad job at explaining it, plus they are vague in certain aspects.

First off, a lot of people are under the mistake that Orochimaru gained his ability to use ninjutsu after he switched bodies since he uses Tripe Rashoumon and Striking Shadow Snakes in the second arc. The reason behind this is because Summoning Jutsu just require the hand seals during the original summoning, and once the contract is made, all you need is the blood and the hand placement on the ground/location. All of Orochimaru's moves after the first arc are all done without hand signs.

Notice Suigetsu makes a point of saying Sasuke was only able to beat Orochimaru because he could not use any jutsu due to his soul arms being sealed inside the Reaper Death Seal.

On the next page he also asserts that even with his new body, Orochimaru won't be able to use his hands for Ninjutsu.

After seeing Orochimaru's scroll, Sasuke realized he can now speak to the man that knows everything. Even if Orochimaru was to attain Sasuke's body, he'd still be unable to use Jutsu, so as a sealmaster Orochimaru's goal would be to break the Reaper Death Seal and gain his soul arms back. Sasuke realized this would be his chance to speak to Hashirama personally, and get an unbiased truth from the Hokages themselves since he has only heard the Uchiha side of things. Only the Hokages can answer his questions about the village, the clan, and what makes a shinobi. This is further re-enforced by when Orochimaru asks Sasuke why he wants to speak to THEM.

I was also thinking...Could Orochimaru combine Reaper Death Seal with Impure World Resurrection and make his summons seal other people while they pay with their own soul?
