This is a really awesome theory man, In my opinion I think you are right in that Orochimaru is experimenting with sage jutsu and wants Sasuke's body. He will probably take Madara's body when he is weak though. I do not think he will take Sasuke's body because it would mean Orochimaru has full control over his body and Sasuke won't want that. I don't really know what that jutsu does though. nice theory

Great Theory , this could actually happen , I don't really like the idea , specially Naruto becoming the Jubi jin , but if Oro takes Sauske's body , there's our reason for both of them to fight . This could also be a reason for Kabuto to play a role into this since he knows almost everything about Oro & can be a great help .

I was looking for a well thought out theory concerning this.

This would be Orochimaru's way of becoming a "god" in the NV, if it happens. I don't like the prospect of Naruto becoming the Juubi's jin though, but if he didn't, I don't see how anyone would even be able to remotely beat Orochimaru; this also could be how everyone could get their Naruto vs Sasuke fight, in a way.

Great theory overall though.
