Hebi is wanted in konaha jutsu: he can use sand jutsu and fire wind jutsu, also a few of his dads a little info: Nessas younger brother hes 14 years old, when he was little he was pretty much the rebellious type. while Nessa wanted to be with her dad hebi would run away and explore. That got on orochimarus nerves a lot because sometimes he wouldn't come back, at age 9 he ran away and was supposedly killed by anbu. But he had used that as a diversion and went to the sand village [he likes hot weather and sand] Nessa cares for her brother altho she hasn't ever mentioned him she is sad that he had died. Hebi showed no respect for his dad he could care less to the fact he had one if you mentioned that he was orochimarus kid he'd say "phht, so? whats so special about that" altho he does share a hate for konaha because it was konaha anbu that attacked him. he has a pet snake just like nessa does only his has a more bad attitude and intent to kill. if orochimaru would get mad at nessa and things were getting bad hebi would step in and say "hey back off!" that usually started fights between him and orochimaru extra info: a few times he tried to kill his dad [from being mad at him most of the time] he cares for his sister . clothes: he wears no shirt, but has a pair of dark blue pants with a chain hanging off them, there baggy and go down over his shoes a little
