Yup he did those. But if you go back to my first post. I told that it takes a lot of chakra out of him when he do that rebirth technique and what would be point of using such a feat when gets weakened soon afterwards? And like I said, he got his hands back (hence his jutsus) not a power up of chakra. And he only absorbed a Zetsu body and not a juubi clone Lol

When has he ran out of chakra? You realize the reason Orochimaru uses the technique mindlessly is because he CAN right? Orochimaru summoned thousands of snakes, Rashomon, used his body thingy three times, and he was sick. No to mention, the RDS stole his arms, so like thirty percent of his chakra was gone.
