Oh yeah its Anime only. But yeah he can be killed, but really hard to kill. Even Suigetsu said if Orochimaru wasn't in his weakest form, Sasuke would be dead.

all he did was run around the battlefield. He might have got strong legs but nothing else.
And he did feats which were common from part 1 until his sealing by Itachi.
He got his hands back but he's still not much stronger even if he has taken a Zetsu body.
