Killing Intent isn't a jutsu. It is the most OP, non-jutsu technique in the manga, though. xd1. It IS a jutsu.
2. It DOESN'T require eye contact.
3. Orochimaru shat with it on Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi and Gen'yūmaru.
4. The only one to have resisted this technique so far was Kyuubi.

Killing Intent is just what fodders feel when drastically stronger opponents release their ki.It is a jutsu. Re-read Orochimaru vs Gen'yūmaru.

What Orochimaru used on Genyumaru was his Living Corpse Reincarnation jutsu.You must be registered for see images
Ah, I see. He did use his Killing Intent on Genyumaru. Regardless, it's not a jutsu and it's never called a jutsu in the manga, to my knowledge.1. Gen'yūmaru meets Orochimaru. He doesn't know who he is. Wants to kill him butYou must be registered for see links.
2. Orochimaru sends on Gen'yūmaru a vision of his death. Look at his words - 'This is the end. I will be eaten here...' He clearly was shown a vision of the transmigration ritual even though he hadn't known Orochimaru before so he had no intel on his abilities. 4. In the end - Orochimaru manipulated Gen'yūmaru's brain and made him see what he wanted him to see. So unless Orochimaru has some telepathic abilities - Killing Intent is a jutsu.
@Edit.
The thing you posted about Sasuke and Zabuza was natural fear. He was simply scared - nothing more.

After some digging, I finally found the scan of Sasuke actually describing Orochimaru's Killing Intent as nothing more than fear, not a jutsu.

That incident with Genyumaru proves nothing, imo, and is left for the reader to interpret; if anything, it only proves that Killing Intent is nothing more than sakki, based on Genyumaru's comments and reaction (neither indicated that he was hit with a ninjutsu or genjutsu; just pure sakki). Orochimaru only used his Killing Intent to let Genyumaru know that it was the end for him, imo.Just because Sasuke said it wasn't Genjutsu doesn't prove that it's not Ninjutsu. Orochimaru has tons of jutsu that haven't been given name at all but he used them.
Oro chooses what they see. The incident with Gen'yūmaru proves that it's not normal fear.

It was a simple dojutsu. Nothing special.
