so many people died after the 4th Shinobi war. now will it make any difference if they kill another fodder? basically they need every fodder to deal with this final villain kaguya was afraid of.

This new person doesn't matter. It'll be defeated. By the look of it, Orochimaru cannot be truly defeated. And once Naruto and Sasuke die, Orochimaru will have the world to himself.
They're not even acting like they're trying. It's been 17 years and they've done absolutely nothing.

because what can you do to orochimaru? kill him? sasuke tried and he came back. seal him? itachi used the ultimate seal on him and he came back. maybe steal his jutsu and make him a normal human? well hiruzen tried that and orochimaru said "f*ck you ima read up on some history and get them back in 3 years".

they've tried to stop orochimaru and they cant so now they just keep it contained to not enslaving villages and just working on clones instead of actual people. plus yamato is keeping an eye on him.

orochimaru is to based to be stopped. in about 60 years naruto and sasuke will die and orochimaru will have truly perfected edo tensei so that he has full control of even hashirama and he'll have achieved true immortality.

The fact that an outside force(Sasuke) is the only reason he could revive discredits this kind of argument. They just need to kill him and burn his remains.

We know that an outside force can revive him. Even though there's nothing to support it, it's not impossible that Orochimaru can resurrect himself given enough time.
Also, we don't know how many followers he now has. It's been 17 years.

Oro is a harmless one now because he is dealing with Human clones and not actual humans just like before.

besides not all of his experiments were harmful. look at yamato. the only experiment that gone wrong is that of Shin bald man, he accidentally put an eye cell on is head so he grew eye balls instead of hair.
