Yeah I looked better. Actually by the looks and the clothes he's the one who accompanied the Kazekage. It's not necessarily a rule. While it looks like Oro, it's not his father as one of the distinctive patterns of Oro's are those eye make-up things.

Tobirama looks like a samurai right now. What they wear shouldn't really mean much. It's likely Oro's grandfather. Lets be honest, if Orochimaru's dad had his father killed, would he really stay in the Hidden Mist Village? He went to the next best thing, which was Konoha, which Hiruzen then allowed him to stay. Orochimaru's parents are likely killed by anbu from the mist, and Hiruzen covers it up from Orochimaru, hence why Orochimaru turned out to be a lunatic.

If that is a relative of Oro and was killed by Konoha it would explain why Oro hates Konoha.

Well all those "assistants" that were with the kages eventually became their predecessors.......so either that's the troll-kage when he was young and still had eyebrows or that guy died and was replaced before becoming the 2nd mizukage.

If you look at the picture with all the Kazekage statues, the Dragon Tattooed guy does somewhat resemble the 2nd statue. So I would assume that he would be the 2nd Kazekage.

As for the guy that looks like Orochimaru... It's probably impossible for it to be his dad. Since Saru trained Oro and Tobirama trained Saru. He also seems to be the only assistant that didn't become the Kage after his predecessor at the meeting...

But if Oro has a grandad who came from Kiri, I'm all for it.!
